So here…read morewe go again, they came out built a patio, a few months later it starts sinking, i spend 2 months trying to get it fixed, the crew comes out says it wasnt built right the first time, less than a year later it sinks again, i spend a few weeks trying to get ahold of someone. finally a guy named jessie comes out, says dont worry we will fix evertything, 4 weeks and crickets, spend a few weeks getting ahold of them again to find out jessie got fired now i am dealing with some luke guy. a few weeks later he finally comes out and looks says we need to fix it, brick are falling off the edge and there are vary obvious low spots and sinking. the next day, today, a guy shows up with a hammer and a bucket of sand because he was told to fix one little spot. I explain everything to him he says yea it is bad, actually while he is here he puts his hand on the edge of the patio and two more bricks FALL OFF. I try to get ahold of luke via text and phone. When he calls me back the guy that came out left and luke is vary dismissive, were gonig to fix it dont worry. Then he calls me back 20 mins later and starts to LECTURE me about not telling his crew what needs to be done he tells them, the spots he saw werent bad and they are going to do it but only contact him never talk to his crew, i explained i tried getting ahold of him while the guy was here but couldnt. Everyone on the phone keeps telling me dont worry weve been in business for forever, were not going anywhere, we have a 25 year warranty. Well build it right the first time, if you need to fix it dont make customers chase you down and fix it right the first time! there should never be a second time for trying to get this done. We are really regretting hiring them so far and would never recommend them. Reached out to a few companies and Al's quote turned out to be the lowest of the three I received. He was very thorough in detailing his suggestions for us and we eventually decided to zero-scape the front lawn. He gave us options to choose from, explained what has worked best for him in the past. He took out our existing bushes by our front windows, ensuring he got most, if not all of the roots so they wouldn't be an issue moving forward, planted 4-5 yucca plants, put granite rock down to cover the yard and our curb with a barrier around the whole area. We also went with a two-foot-wide extension from the side of our driveway that has 2" pavers and crushed granite so I could better get out of my vehicle since I have mobility issues. We also had him trim our huge Ash tree in the front since it needed it badly. Al was very professional, kept us in the loop on all decisions and got the job done quickly. His attention detail is OUTSTANDING! I would 100% recommend him for any of your landscaping projects, big or small. Our front yard looks great and now we don't have to mow it ever again!! :-)

About 4 months ago things started to change. He was no longer reliable, truthful, or dependable. I discovered that he was lying about cutting different properties and was always filled with hundreds of excuses. Meanwhile, he then tells me he got a big mowing job at the VA. Well, I am happy for him, but you don't just kick your good customers that pay within an hour of the property being completed to the curb. His communication skills are totally absent, and you constantly have to run after him. When he starts making excuses, you need to cut him loose. There are many lawn care people out there that are dying for the jobs and the work. Find one of them and give them your business. Dwayne doesn't care. This is a photo of yesterday 6/18/26 in Monticello, a historical district in San Antonio. This is the current condition of how he has just walked away with no communication and the condition he has left my property in. The backyard looks the same.
