Vine and Branch provides superior pest control services. In addition to that, they employ an excellent web-based appointment, receipt, and reminder system--infrastructure that makes working with them so easy. Rob, the owner, resolved my pest situation essentially in a day and included two solid follow up visits to confirm that all was well. He explained the process and reassured me regarding children, dogs, and the generally use of pesticides throughout the house. I've had a pest control service for decades in another location and I can say with confidence that this is a great organization with expert service.

I gave them a call in the morning and spoke to a very friendly very knowledgeable woman named Dawn…read more She gave us a great option to do a monthly treatment for a reasonable cost and offered SAME DAY service. This was crucial for us because we just moved in and wanted to spray everywhere down before cleaning and setting up the house. Later in the day Benjamin called and said he was going to be there in 30 minutes and exactly 30 min later there he was! Benjamin was just as friendly as Dawn and was super knowledgeable on how to best get rid of our bugs and other problems. Benjamin first hit the interior of the house all the corners and all. He the. took a giant brush and wiped down all of the cobwebs and dead nats and bugs on the entire outside of the house, the garage, and this I tell you was no easy task....but he smiled and we talked while he did his magic. This guy needs an award for his customer service, he was really an exceptional person. After that he went to town on getting a blower device and covering the front and back of the house with the good stuff. The awesome thing about this plan is we can call them multiple times a month if we see an uptick in pests! I was really worried about my dog getting ticks and fleas but with Dawn and Benjamin's awesome customer service I don't feel like that'll be an issue anymore. Thanks a lot guys :)
