There are plenty of activities, clubs, exercise classes, committee's, and entertainment to keep us busy. There is free transportation to the nearby Park City Mall, super markets, Leisure Lanes Bowling, Walmart, and Central Market to name a few. The food in the Garden Cafe for breakfast & lunch and dinner in either of the formal dining rooms has been excellent !!! The variety and quality of food is second to none. We eagerly await the opening of the new Viva Centre, which will house a new swimming pool, 300 seat theater, exercise area, and more. It will be the center of activity for all of Woodcrest Villa.

The administrative staff is on top of any issues and the social workers are diligent in helping find solutions. I can't say enough about the quality of the food provided to my father who is a picky eater. It was delicious and gave him a wide range of choices. Under very stressful circumstances during the pandemic the all worked with us so we could have tele visits with Dad as well as window visits and gave us the peace of mind to be able to see him even through a window. The entire community was kind and exceptionally considerate through a hard year.

Answering the nursing station was not a priority to staff. Mother had dimentia and could not converse on the phone. On one call, the nurse lied about bedsores. This speaks volumes. We were not informed that our mother was bed ridden and had bed sores. We found out just before she died that she lost 17 ponds from late November 2019 until her death in January 2020. The facility's doctor put the cause of death as Covid. We were never informed in advance she had Covid. My brother lived nearby but Covid rules at the facility kept us outside her window. Prior to the change of hands, when the business was called Audubon, we felt the quality of care was good. Shocking and so sad.

Also, to save on expenses, per new ownership and management, meals and snacks have been reduced drastically in portions for these residents. She is not treated with care, and the staff has no concern for the well-being of these residents. Patients experiencing pain and discomfort receive delay in medical attention and emergency care. The environment is poor and leaves these residents with loneliness and feelings of despair. A communication with Pennsylvania's local Congress representative will be initiated.
