Investor friendly title company that has nearly 30 years of experience in closing anything you can imagine. Best of the best.

I've managed my rental properties for 30 years and have been able to resolve most issues with my…read moretenants'. I recently had a situation with a tenant that I needed legal help with. My Realtor gave me the contact of an Attorney who works with clients in her office, named Jonathan Lack. Mr. Lack told me this tenant situation was beyond his scope of practice and referred me to Charles Kohler. I called Mr. Kohler that same day and left him a voice message with basic information about my needs. Mr. Kohler called me back within 2 hours. He asked me to explain more information about what was going on with the tenant. He listened to everything I said, without interrupting me, and then gave me all of my options and how he could help me with them. I decided to start with a certified letter to the tenants from Mr. Kohler. After the tenants non response , I called Mr. Kohler for more advise, and HE ANSWERED my call !! He explained more options about the next steps to take. I ended up having to call Mr. Kohler a few more times ( HE ANSWERED each time ! ) and he wrote a second letter to the tenants. Mr. Kohler only charged me for the Letters that he sent certified to the tenants' and never charged me for the time he took to speak with me on the phone. ( I was always very detailed and brief with my information on the phone to him. So maybe he appreciated that. ) In any event, attorneys usually charge for phone calls and other. And the fees for his letters were extremely reasonable and well worth it !!!!! My tenants' are no longer residing on my property. And Mr. Kohler told me to call him anytime if I need to or if I have any more threats from the tenants'.

Horrible experience I had them represent me in a Tresspass case where the reasoning for the…read moreTresspass was that women feel threatened at City Hall. I had a recording of the woman who supposedly felt threatened, saying that she didn't feel threatened at all or intimidated or anything. I hired Nathan Maloon to represent me under the condition that he brought a video which contained that evidence from the phone call. He did not bring that video or use it in the case which led to me spending 15,000 more dollars so because he did not adequately defend me using direct evidence against the witness now I had to spend 15,000 more dollars. It seems that this may have been intentional seeing as how I literally hired him on the contingency that he brought this video to trial and then he did not. They did not give me a break on price. They overcharge the shit out of me about $400 for an hour worth of work did not give me adequate representation and when I brought this up to the owner of the law firm, he attacked me and still didn't give me any kind of a break on the price despite not getting what I paid for at all! They have overcharged me time and time again they Tresspass has cost me over $22,000. That is insane! These people do not care about you. They care about stealing your money and that is all they care about! Even the receptionist have told me she sees the corruption there! This is a disgusting firm full of disgusting people do not use it. It is owned by a piece of shit! Who rather attack you as a victim and help you!

The good news is that they helped me get my patent, though I felt the service was overpriced for what they offered. I had already submitted my papers and paid the USPTO all filing fees. Widerman Malek charged me for the full suite plus tons of extras. Still, I paid their high fees because they did help me secure my patent. If you want them to do all the work for you, perhaps that is a different experience. When I ran into an issue with patent infringement, I reached out to them again. I was deeply disappointed in the service with Widerman Malek for patent infringement. Don't use these guys for this! They convinced me that my only recourse was to send a cease and desist letter. They charged me almost $1000 for them to send a completely useless email. I had already done all the research and I'm sure that email is a template they use. In the end, they didn't fix the issue. I had to handle the infringement on my own. I reached out to the web host and boom, infringement gone. I would have paid for the info on how to handle it myself, but this felt like downright bad advice and theft. I DON'T TRUST THEM! They kept my almost $1,000 for that pointless email. I'm not even sure it reached anyone. Not a friend to local small business.

This is dishonest and not helping the elderly. Laura Anderson was the attorney. Every attorney I talked to and it's about 10 now said trusts override wills and confirmed while a will could cost $1K+ to write up they make so much more money on the end in probate. A trust may cost $5K but the attorney is not needed at the end. Cha ching. Dishonest and immoral.

Over the course of seven years, they did not file a single piece of evidence in court, stringing us along while failing to properly advocate for us. We later learned directly from the court clerk that no exhibits were ever filed on our behalf. Beside that this company requested us to pay them $ 30.000.00 to fight the case in court while they never filed a single piece of evidence. In fact, the only exhibits entered were from opposing counsel--meaning the firm allowed the opposing side to use our own evidence against us. This company also mislabelled all our exhibits in our client filed with the wrong case number, numerous exhibits were also deleted, their reply to the Florida Bar was that it was their legal assistant that deleted and mislabeled the exhibits. Because of these actions, we have formally filed a complaint against them with The Florida Bar. In my opinion, stay away from this firm."
