Zero would be the best I could rate them. The worst company to work with. They don't return calls,…read moretext messages or emails. They lied to our board of directors and charge us for things they said we should not have to pay. Very poor communication to the board and it's homeowners. As for service when you need something, they send out another branch of their company and does a poor job. Still have problems that the HOA paid for with no recourse.
