The work was fine but...they charged an hour travel time to our property and extra again because their crew took an hour and a half lunch because their truck battery was dead and needed a jump. We'd already charged it once while the crew was at our property. Before the crew was done, we noticed that a window on our RV was shattered, apparently due to a rock that was thrown during trimming. Accidents happen and the owner sent an email saying they would pay for the window. The owner apparently changed his mind and wanted the claim to go through his insurance. Ok. Two weeks later we are still waiting for an insurance approval or denial and a late charge was added to the bill for the mowing.

The crews have consistently arrived on time, greeted us warmly, worked quickly and steadily, and each time they have headed out, they left us feeling both relieved that we didn't have to do the work ourselves anymore and pleased that the yard looked better than when we did it. During a recent windstorm, we had a 40+ft pine in our backyard crack at the base and fall onto our nearby locust tree (thankfully it held and only brushed the house). Unfortunately, since the locust tree also split, we had to get both removed. Mind you, this was early afternoon and we had strong winds projected the rest of the day, threatening to push them both over even further, into the house or the neighbor's yard. Within an hour of calling around to various emergency tree service companies (and being badgered by HomeAdvisor), Jay picked up the phone, confirmed he could be out immediately, and was out to survey the issue in no time. He gave a fair estimate, planned the project for the next day (due to the winds still we had to push it to the next day for safety), and had the quote in our email inbox within 2 hours. Better yet, him and his crew were in our backyard on time (7 AM the next morning) and prepared for a full day to not only take down both trees, but take them AWAY for us too. They were all super respectful of our yard, pleasant to chat with, and cleaned up every bit of tree scrap that came down. Jay is an insured and certified arborist, an honest and respectful guy, and his crew was on time and 100% prepared. We will totally use them for all future tree service. #client4life

The rep from Lallier, Joel Sebern, was referred…read moreto us by the rep from Farmers Insurance because he said they did a few other roofs and the owners were happy; and they replaced our building's flat roof in August, 2018, and now it's already leaking. Joel is no longer with Lallier. I got the inspection report from the insurance company and it shows the roof general condition is poor-fair. I contacted Lallier and talked to their service manager, David Baker. He went out and said he repaired the leaks by placing some polyurethane sealant to seal the two pitch pans that were open. However, he did not seal the opening at the AC unit where the report said was a possible leak source. I called and talked to him and told him that the report estimated the roof age to be 15 years old even though they just replaced it a little over 2 years ago, it shows that the roof was in poor-fair condition and that there is no ice/water shield, the gutter they put on 2 years ago is already in fair condition, and there is only a single layer of ply membrane with no felt, the photos show the water is soaking throughout the roof everywhere and the parts where the water is pooling are in poor condition. David said it's because the materials shrunk and it's dipping down and blame it on the structure and that it will cost me $1500 to fix the part where the water is pooling. I told him Joel told me the material they used were of premium quality and it would not leak for 20 years and that I called the manufacturer and they told me Lallier got only the material warranty for me which was free for them to get and did not get a warranty with labor. This means they were being cheap. If they had told me that it would cost me more to get a warranty with labor, I'd have paid it. I told David he should have repaired where the part of the roof struction is dipping down for me at no charge and place the ice/water shield on it so to protect it from future damages. He said he will look at the report and call me back. I called and left a message and emailed him and have not heard from them. Don't hire these guys. The insurance rep told me most the roof jobs in the Denver areas should last at least 5 years without any problems. Their website give you reasons to hire them and they all are not true or do not apply to your case if you hire them. The only time you'd know there is a problem since you're not a roof expert is when there is a problem and then they don't fix it for you. I will go on Google review, Facebook and anywhere else I can find to let people know the shoddy jobs they do and will let the BBB know so they do get the A+ rating and cannot put that on their website anymore. If they do, I will contact the secretary of state of Colorado and complain to them for misleading advertising.

Chris came to our rescue during the weeks of rain that plagued Denver in May. Our sump pump gave…read moreout and our crawl space quickly flooded. It was a Friday night so we were pretty sure we were out of luck until Monday. We called 911 Restoration and Chris let us know that he could come out the next morning. He replaced the sump pump and put in a new well for it so it wouldn't seize up again. The rain continued through the summer and the sump pump did it's job, but our vapor liner in the crawl space was still ruined. We called Chris again to come back now that we were ready to replace it.
