They have really beautiful repurposed and refinished furniture, handmade jewelry and other items. My favorite part is that there is almost always someone working on a piece right in the showroom. I'm totally new to refinishing and chalk paint, and they walked me through the process. I was even shown how to apply the wax. They carry an excellent assortment of paint, wax, finish, tools to get YOUR DIY project done. They will also ship to my home, if I can't make the drive to Seville. Been buying from Prism for years to support my displays for family and friends. They have some…read morego-to items for me but this year I'm just done. Besides the fact that it's the same inventory year after year with nothing really changing, it's the customer service and cheapskate ways that I won't be back. Because they've been using the same register since at least 2015, you have to show your 1 out of 5 possible coupons prior to checkout to get the mild discount. This time after presenting the coupon, not saying anything just showing it, the new guy at the register started hand-jamming in the prices. I assumed he adjusted already as they always did, but nope. After everything was added up and the price was read off I asked if the canister shells were discounted. The other employee behind him spoke up and said I needed to show the coupon before checkout, which I knew and had done. I asked if I had to present my phone with coupon 6 inches from his face and he said yes. So much for making sure your customers are happy. Oh well, their loss.
