Now, my credit score is impacted AND my current policy is still with them - for now. What is the purpose of having a broker? What is the benefit of being with Barranca? Why call and speak to a representative when they don't care to actually help? What needs to happen to have the same people getting payment for a service to care about actually providing said service? Unfortunately he did not understand how his system worked and didn't understand how my data was even being used and simply said there was nothing he could do and that they tried reaching me which they clearly did not as the first communication I got was a text message the day before cancellation.
