TimeLine…read more In Nov of 2017, Keith decided to finally get a will based on the hospital request and personal choices because of his disability including being legally blind. The will was certified with two bankers that questioned Keith about the understandings of the will, and what his wishes where. It was Keith desire to leave me the home because of all I've done for him and his mom. So his sister knew months before he passed that the house was to be given to me. I also have proof of this via text messages, emails, and video messages. February 7th, 2018. Keith A Crabbe of 692 Euclid Ave Lancaster Passed away from struggles with diabetes. I was his power of attorney and executor listed on his will with co-executor his half-sister Cassaundra Broaddus. We weren't related by blood, however, I considered him my dad/ uncle and the day I got married he walked me down the aisle. March 2nd, 2017 I stopped by Habitat for Humanity Lancaster Location speaking with Andrew Szalay providing a copy of the death certificate for Keith Crabbe and co-owner Carolyn Broaddus his mother that passed away in March 2017 and the Will. At that time Andrew said he would be needing to meet with the board for habitat because this had never happened before where both owners were passed and because they were a nonprofit and the lien holder. At that time his recommendation would be a transfer of the original mortgage to me with the assumption of the mortgage. March 20tth 2017 I provide a copy of my bank statements, a copy of my credit report, and drivers license to Andrew. He shook my hand and thanked me stating "the debt is yours now". At the moment the balance of the mortgage was $ 16,430. I was represented by Julia Parrish of Mcmahon, winters, and Ortis and told her about the steps I would be taking to resolve this matter directly with Habitat. Please note I have a copy of all emails exchanges. However, once the board reviewed my income, they request I get a personal mortgage to take care of the balance. I agreed and went through GmHmortage located in Lancaster working with Jack Bennett. April 13th, 2018 The mortgage was approved pending Habitat agreed to transfer the mortgage in my name which they originally agreed to Per emails dated April 17-20 Then Habitat came back stating they wouldn't and the deed would need to come from the estate, at this time the co-executor started making problems. and refusing to work with me to close the estate out. I then contact Habitat about simply paying off the balance in cash and they once again said they would do it. but didn't follow through. July 2nd, 2018, I emailed Andrew again trying to take care of this mortgage and asking them to finally follow through on the settlement agreements. Which again he gave me the runaround Aug 2018 we began the process to remove Cassandra from co-executor do to her intentionally .delaying the closing process. My attorney submitted all paperwork and forward to Habitat. Oct 2018 received notice of foreclosure and requested a meeting with Habitat for Humanity and Don Hess their representing firm. They refused to meet about settling the estate. Noc 28th Finally had Cassaundra remove as co-executor on the Estate but had to wait too receive my official seals of the estate. Jan 8th, 2019 I finally received my seals from the courthouse which had been delayed due to human error. Once again we reached out to try to settle the estate. Yet they pushed for a court hearing seeking a judgment against the estate for the balance owed. Feb 2019 I requested a pay off balance, requested which I expected would be a balance of the mortgage taxes and fair legal fees associated with the estate. Thus the last emailed received before the balance requested for their legal fees were $2370 however upon balance request for payoff they where claiming legal fees of almost $10,000 which is fabricated and abuse of powers

Dropped by with some food donations and had some initial confusion on how to alert someone that I was there, but a garage door opened and the exchange was easy and warmly received.

I found a cool carry bag featuring a beautiful donkey, which will make a wonderful gift for my wife. The bag even has a small painted pouch inside the bag for her to store small items. This is going to be a great bag to carry treasures she finds when shopping at flea markets. Our anniversary is coming up, but I won't be able to keep this a secret. She'll tell by the grin on my face that I have a secret. She's getting this today. The staff is very friendly, too. I could see students in a back room taking a class. There's good energy in this store. I can't wait to take my wife to Friendship Heart Gallery.

I witnessed the owner of this rescue hit a dog in the face and scream at him. The dog was a young…read morelarge dog with no training and she reacted this way because he accidentally stepped on a smaller dog. They are constantly posting on facebook about needing help and not having enough volunteers. However, when volunteers were there, the owner was rude and not appreciative at all. I would not recommend supporting this rescue whatsoever.

Came home to a fire in our neighbors tree displacing some young squirrels. They were as high up as…read morethey could get (as they were singed and burnt), but still were screaming. i asked the firefighter after the fire was put out, who could come and get the squirrels. he said he didn't know, and to ask the officer at the scene. I counted 4 in the tree on the remaining branches. you could tell they were hurt. I placed my call to an organization that is well known, so someone could come and get these lil guys out of the tree and help them. They had me going back and forth with phone calls over the next 1/2 hour, only to tell me that can't help and they sent me a list of places that may be able to help. Saw "Acorn Acres " so I called them . Betsy told me that if I was able to get them, to bring them to her. I couldn't climb a half burnt tree, even with a smaller ladder I wouldn't be able to reach them. Felt hopeless, just listening to the one screaming. Then I got a call from the neighbor that one had fallen from the tree i immediately went over with a towel, called Betsy and she said to bring him right over even tho it was 10 minutes before they closed. She was so incredible. She was kind but to the point. She was so knowledgeable as well, and told me how I could follow up on my lil guy. I didn't know there were any type of rescue/hospital/rehabilitation for them! I felt like I was just passed off, or that it wasn't enough of an emergency for other wildlife organizations that I had contacted. I am so glad I found her and her rehab ! I don't know what I would've done with the lil guy if she wasn't there! Hopefully he'll be okay, but if not, I know that I left him in caring hands, and someone that will do all she can to make sure he's in no pain! Thank you so so much Betsy!

It's very easy to come out with more than you went in for, as all the items will get your creative side in gear, and you will have ideas for new projects just jump out of you!
