One of the things I appreciated most was the opportunity to step outside the city and experience a community whose history, traditions, and way of life are such a distinctive part of Pennsylvania's cultural landscape. For visitors from abroad, experiences like this offer an especially valuable perspective on the diversity of American life. Pennsylvania is much more than its major cities, and Amish Country provides an opportunity to appreciate that firsthand. This was a memorable addition to our time together, and I would certainly recommend the experience to visitors interested in learning more about Pennsylvania beyond the usual tourist destinations.

We were given complimentary popcorn that he refilled and outside of the six wines we chose, he generously poured us so many different more to try. We ended up buying a bottle of the midnight romance to take home. We will definitely make a trip back to visit J & P!
