The concourse has been opened up, and generally, it's spa to walk around, and it has some of the cleaner bathrooms amongst US international airports, which is always a positive. TSA usually moves quickly, with Waite times of 3 to 4 minutes being common with global entry/pre-check, and from the looks of things, probably 10 to 15 minutes at most nearly all the time, so long as the federal government is willing to pay its workers, on many visits over the past year. In spite of upgrades, it still has some work to be done to be a truly excellent airport, such as fixing monitors regarding bus, timing and arrivals to get out to the four parking lots (daily witches, indoor, express, which is outdoors, but generally faster, and a couple of dollars a day less, and long-term, which is a few dollars less, but with longer waits for buses and they generally less safe feeling a lot). Another grape is that iron probably 10 flights in the past year, not a single time has the baggage claim number been announced correctly when deboarding the plane, an issue I haven't encountered at other airports.

When we were here in August 2025, it appeared they are expanding as they had temporary walls up. They introduced new chairs as well which appear that they will have power outlets at some point, but currently, charging options are very limited. They have a few vending machines and small restrooms. Will continue to use them as it is convenient and easy.

She just takes great care of you and has a wonderful sense of humor. I started going to TNT Air a few years ago after deciding to get my instrument rating. Tom was my instructor over the next year or so. I am a better pilot today because of Tom. He is calculated in his thinking and precise in his skills both as a pilot and teacher. What I love most about Tom is his passion for flying and dedication to proper procedure. He is a mild mannered individual, unassuming and completely approachable. Assets that serve him well. Tom is calm in the face of any adverse condition. Relying on his training and capability, Tom quickly corrects the mistakes his students make. As a corporate pilot, I know this same skill to control stress has personally served him, his crew/passengers and the aircraft well. Lastly, Tom remains a student of the profession. He trains and studies more than any pilot I know. While this may not be rare, as we pilots are always training, Tom takes it to a level few would attempt. Tom and Angie have created a relaxed and fun atmosphere. I would very often just go there to hang out and participate in the daily "hangar" talk. It's the kind of place that just invites you to learn and share. The students, friends and family that frequent the airport would all agree that it has become a bit of a second home for many of us. If you are looking for a place to train, get your license or achieve the next level personally or professionally, TNT Air is your place. There skydiving company has been lovely. Watch time I have went nothing but a great time. During Covid I don't think they are running. If you get a small plane to bring you here private that can be worked in as well. There been times especially with covid it was just safer to leave a bigger hub and transfer to here if you know someone with a plane that can get position here. Nothing special here, just planes and more planes. Non commercial planes I should say. The people seem to be pretty nice each time as well.

While trying to make a flight out of Philadelphia airport, we took a cab from the Lancaster train station after our flight was delayed. After confirming with an operator that they had a flat rate, we found an available taxi out front and confirmed that she would honor the flat rate. It was raining on the morning we took the drive to PHL and I was a bit concerned after our driver was swerving on the highway. That would have been fine if that was the only distraction, but she also took more than 6 calls on her cell phone while navigating the highway in the rain. About an hour into our drive, she was organizing a personal pickup for her friend who was at a bar. The car was not very clean and smelled like cigarettes. Like I mentioned, I would not choose them again even though I made it to my destination. If you have other options, go with those!

I hired this company 9 months before the wedding and 4 months before the wedding Brenda, the manager, informed me they did NOT have the size vehicles I had requested. Scott Transportation stated they would then look around to find me the vehicles I needed. This threw up a red flag for me and I didn't want anything to go wrong the day of my daugther's wedding, so I proceeded to find another company myself and did. I notified Scott Transportation I was cancelling their contract due to a breach on their part, and did this 3 months before the wedding (well before the 72 hours notice cited in the contract) I have since then been requesting my $500 deposit to be returned since the company breached the contract. Ronnie (the owner) has yet to respond to any of my 6 emails and Brenda (the manager) only responded to 1 stating "read the contract carefully, it clearly states the deposit is nonrefundable" I find this unacceptable for a company who BREACHED their own contract. I would NOT recommend this company!!
