I have never had so much trouble with a travel agency before. After they stranded us in Ireland…read morewith no return flight because it was purchased for the wrong day, they tried to accuse me of not confirming with them. The fact was they only had half the party itinerary confirmed and the other was just forgotten about. After Suzanne and the manager Jay tried to simply reimburse us with less then 1/3 of the new ticket cost. They refused to pay us back for the ticket they had purchased on the wrong return day. They assured us they would take care of everything and then refused to acknowledge their mistake. They advised us to call their lawyer and hung up on us.

When I see reviews being extremely critical of a place that has always seemed great to me, i'm sad that they only gave them one chance. if I encountered a rude person I would either assume they were busy, or I'd just brush it off as that person, and not blame the whole companyunless every time I went in there I encountered that person being rude. but, they have always been polite and helpful in my experience over 30-some years. But of course, I don't know the situation so maybe they did encounter one or two people that didn't answer as kindly as they would have liked. The other day I had to call them for roadside service and I was in a hurry and told the dispatcher. I didn't really think it would help because usually most people would say they were in a hurry and probably are, but I was pleasantly surprised at how hard the tow truck driver tried to reach me quickly. It took longer than I expected and he expected, but he got stuck in traffic where a road was unexpectedly closed. I so much appreciated that he kept in touch with me, to let me know why. And I could tell he was frustrated that he couldn't get to me as quickly as he wanted to. So I knew he was trying. This experience was very positive for me, despite the fact that it took a while. But that wasn't the fault of AAA or the tow truck driver. The dispatcher at AAA went out of her way to make my experience a good one.

We just returned from a Caribbean Cruise scheduled through Michelle Stone. Michelle again has done…read morea great job. Scheduling hotels, transportation etc. Upon arrival back to port on Sunday Michelle was already contacting us to let us know that our flight back to Philly that day was cancelled. She made the reservations for us at a Miami hotel Sunday night and got us a flight the next day. This is my 3rd time working with Michelle and she always comes through in a pinch. Now as far as the cruise. I was not a big fan of Norwegian. We picked the cruise so this is not at all a criticism of Outfitters! We paid for the unlimited drink package but in Norway water must not be a drink! Bottled water was a charge. Some alcoholic drinks required an up charge. even a milk shake required an up charge. So no more Norwegian for me! I gave a 5 Star due to the excellent job by Michelle. If i rated Norwegian it would only be 1 star
