He gave us a very reasonable quote and we decided to move forward putting down the necessary deposit. When the site foreman came out to spray paint the outline of the patio for us, I realized we didn't make it large enough due to adding a hot tub and some outdoor furniture. They quickly did a re-quote and change order for the project. There was a slight delay to the project start due to rainy weather but that is not a big deal and it's nothing that could be avoided. So they arrived on Monday and did the excavation, concrete pour, stamp, and initial pigment all in one day. Day two they came back for the final pigment and sealer of the concrete. We also opted for the landscaping package so they re-seeded, fertilized and put down straw on the area where the trucks and heavy equipment accessed out back yard. Now on day two it's all complete and we couldn't be happier. The finish of the stamped concrete turned out great. This really was all quite easy and they came in slightly less than the other estimates we received from other companies. Also, the installation crew was very professional as well. They did an awesome job cleaning up after the job. They power washed all of the dirt from the driveway and street, cleaned and power washed the back of the house that had pigment powder on it, and left the property better than before. And a side note; we used this company about 13 years ago when they were called Stamped Concrete for a walkway to our front door, and that still looks great too. Again, not sure why so many 1 star reviews, but we are very happy with the project and their service.
