We…read moreaccepted their help from Charity Burnside, the owner, and then she turned on us and started an entire false narrative about how we harassed her and her company when all we asked for was clarification about her care for our parent. She is very unprofessional and petty and I believe she is only in it for the money and not because she cares about her clients. We have an attorney now looking into filing a suit against her for continued harassment and are reporting her to the BBB.
