Placed order for £420 worth of lamps (3 lamps ) Promised 7-10 working days delivery told 20 (calendar) days later it will be next week Promised a receipt will be in the post no receipt Excuses two alternative excuses for non-delivery suppliers out of stock (excuse on 10th working day 10) suppliers doing a stock take and didn't tell us (excuse on 15th working day) I said i would talk to my wife about deciding what to do threatened i'll cancel the order or if arrives before it is cancelled there will be a surcharge. You can't play us about like this." Maybe not because they have us tied in without major inconvenience Told you have to understand There are other customers in the same situation when i asked if they were angry was told No, they have dealt with us before The only conclusion i can draw from this is that some people are prepared to put up with lousy service, or excuses Repeatedly told if i am annoying you i will cancel the order so the company has had our money for 20 days and i am faced with the choice wait another week or start again somewhere else. This company has a monopoly of nice lighting in the area their products are first rate, their prices are fine BUT their service is AWFUL! If i had read Darren58 or Tanyan above before shopping there i would have gone elsewhere. i think the other reviews are trolls in the pay of the shop. Very Poor and unreliable customer service. They do not hesiatet to tell you lies. This company's owners are simply crooks and they know how to screw a customer!. The information they had given us was not correct. Just do not go and buy anything from this company if you do not want to be screwed up. Pay attention to the receipyt they give you. Because there is no information about the product you have just bought and then later unable to prove anything about the faulty and dodgy product you have just bought from them. I have had the pleasure of shopping in the High Street shop twice in the last 2 weeks. Each time I found what I wanted and was treated with civility although the assistant appeared to be under considerable pressure from external sources. I recieved 1st class information, prompt service and am duly pleased with my purchases, only minor items but never the less important to me. In these days of the dwindling High Street shops one cannot afford to turn one's back on them when they hold stock of minor items that multiple stores do not have and assistants view the customer with vacant stares when asked questions.
