Also, the doctor has a compounding Farmacy right next-door. A very knowledgeable staff, super clean, and they go above and beyond to explain everything to you with any questions you may have. I do not take pharmaceuticals, but I love the moringa they sell ~grown on Dr. Williamitis's own Farm. I love their raw honey from his farm ~and all the supplements they have that are top-quality.

Appointments are 4-6 weeks out and now require an appointment with the doctor just to get a prescription refilled. The atmosphere has totally changed from a caring, friendly staff to just another sterile medical office. It seems that with the staff reduction and the closing of the Fort Myers office, Dr Willamantis is positioning for retirement. A sad change. Don't expect to get a phone call answered or returned.

He is also professional and listens well. We agreed that what I had was most likely viral, and was given a treatment plan that was explained very well. He told me if I didn't feel better to call back and he would send in a Rx for me. Today, I awoke and sounded as if I had smoked a carton of cigarettes! (I'm a non-smoker) I called in and spoke to Mikayla, (sp?), She asked questions and send she would let Brian know. She then called me back no less than (3) times and let me know what was happening. I sincerely appreciate the care and follow up I have received! It is SO very refreshing to find Customer Service with a heart. Thank you very much P.P.C for improving my day!

I have gone to Dr Vo for over 12 years. Her staff treats their patients like their own family, and…read moreso does Dr. Vo. You feel like you are "sitting around the kitchen table" talking to Dr. Vo; she actually listens to you. I am constantly amazed at her complete knowledge of prescriptions, she keeps current on what works and I have complete confidence in what she prescribes. She has never let me down. Her nurse Lorenna is so kind, gentle, and understanding. She has given me shots that I never feel going in my arm. No kiddiing. I once forgot an order at an X-ray facility and Dr. Vo's office had the order faxed to them in less than 1 minute. Even the X-ray technicians were amazed. They have a great phlebotomist on staff who is very gentle and efficient. The office staff all treat the patients as personal friends and they remember you and your preferences. I do not know of a better office or Dr. in SW Florida!

Extremely Disappointed…read more I never had an issue with Prime MD, but unfortunately, since Lee Health took over, my experience has gone completely downhill. They have changed my primary care doctor multiple times because, apparently, my previous doctors were suddenly no longer in-network. I understand that insurance networks change, but what happened this time was completely unacceptable: I was dropped as a patient without being notified. I had prescriptions that were originally provided through their office, and now that one of them has expired, I'm unable to get my birth control refilled because I no longer have a PCP there. I was told I would have to pay $300-$500 out of pocket just to get a prescription refill elsewhere. When I asked why patients aren't notified when the practice stops accepting their insurance, the response I received from the person on the phone was simply, "I don't know what to tell you." That is not an acceptable way to treat patients. If you are going to stop accepting someone's insurance and remove them from your practice, patients should be properly notified and given enough time to establish care with another provider, especially when they have ongoing prescriptions. I am now left without a PCP and scrambling to get a medication refilled on time because of a change I was never informed about. Very disappointing experience with Lee Health.

After 30 more minutes; they came in and asked if I wanted to see the ARNP (nurse practitioner). So ended up leaving just a few minutes before 2:00. First appointment with this doctor took an hour to be seen. Once I was finally seen; he acted annoyed and was rushing to get me out the door. Both visits I was scheduled for a procedure; both times had to schedule with a different doctor because he was taking vacation. First vacation was in March; second one was/is in April. I would rethink seeing this doctor. The only reason for the two stars is for a few nurses and the procedure went well.

Zero stars. Appointment Jan 8th, 2026…read more The staff came an hour early for a meeting. I was left at the door by the medical assistant who ignored my request for help, which left me feeling dizzy and vulnerable due to my health conditions. She was very rude turning her back on me when I was speaking and then walking away. I was left at the door not knowing what to do. The doctor wrongly accused me of rudeness without seeking my side of the story, instead choosing to berate me for something I did not do. I was not rude to anyone. Despite my attempts to communicate my needs, the medical staff showed no concern for my well-being, treating me as less important than themselves. The doctor ridiculed and belittled me in a fit of anger unable to control himself. I was unable to discuss some of the heart issues concerning me. This experience has led to a profound fear of healthcare, as the doctor's angry outburst and unfounded accusations caused me psychological harm. When going for care I never anticipated to be an mistreated. I feel betrayed by a system I once respected. In my opinion the doctor violated his duty to care for an elderly disabled person like me. They should all be ashamed of themselves. I needed mercy but they had none.

I've been going to Dr. Digiorgi for quite a few years now. It wasn't until my last two appointments…read morethat I started to see a lack of interest in customer service and keeping patients happy. Last Tuesday I had my annual checkup scheduled for 11am. Shortly after 11am I was called back to get my blood pressure and weight taken. I was then placed in a second waiting area for another twenty minutes or so--thankfully there was another woman sitting there I could talk to. Eventually I was led into my room. And then I was left there. For at least another 25 minutes. I don't know about everyone else, but when someone is over an hour late for a scheduled appointment, I get irritated. And what really irked me was the fact that Dr. Digiorgi wasn't even apologetic when she came in. She simply retorted that I should always expect a gynecologist appointment to take a minimum of two to three hours out of my day. Seriously? That's absurd! She's not a cable company--unless she'd prefer to be compared to Comcast, which I will gladly do. Well excuse me, but her time is not more valuable than mine. I'm sure if I were late to my appointment, they would make me reschedule. Whatever happened to doctors being respectful of other people's time? Is it just in Florida? When I lived in the Arlington, VA area this rarely (if ever) happened. If someone is running well over an hour behind, the office should be notifying patients when they sign in. Guess who had to miss a meeting due to the lackadaisical actions of her gynecologist? Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to Dr. Digiorgi's office.
