The people are nice enough but you absolutely will wait forty five minutes to an hour+ in your room for the doctor to show up. They like to book more people than their doctors can visit in a reasonable fashion, leaving you to pay the price instead of booking less people at a time. read more

I cannot imagine who would have left a one star review for this office, but I'm guessing the problem is with her, not with the office. I have been coming to Dr Hanley for the last couple of years, and am beyond pleased. the entire staff is professional, intelligent, and will see to it that you get the highest quality care there is. Dr Hanley has taken me off of 5 unnecessary medications, always looks for a natural route first, and always takes plenty of time with you. There is a reason you have to wait. They will all take the amount of time with you that is necessary! When it's your turn, you'll get that same generous amount of time. That's why people love this practice. Not once has Dr Hanley looked down at a computer screen while speaking to me. He looks at me directly while I speak. My last 2 doctor's eyes never left their screen. Please don't pay attention to this other review. Something strange about that...maybe a rival doctor? Idk. Regardless, this office is top notch!! read more

Family medicine, it's a joke, the make you wait, then when in the room where everyone can hear you're conversation, I do not like that but the worse thing about this clinic is the dishonesty of patients nurse and doctor, very rude not patient oriented and very insensitive almost insulting, aggressive and disrespectful towards the patient. This Dr needs to go back and get a bit more educated in patient management because his attitude sucks and is not helping anyone but his pocket. Very disappointed in him. Never again will I go back. read more
