I absolutely recommend David for videography!! Long story short, I had previously hired someone for videography that I knew & was given a great deal that I wouldn't get anywhere else. However, they stopped communicating out of nowhere about a month before the wedding. As I tried not to panic, I started getting other quotes, and most people weren't available that quick on a Friday. I got on Thumbtack and came across David. I'm so thankful I got on Thumbtack and reached out to him. The biggest thing was that he was available with 3 weeks notice and he doesn't rip people off. He gave us a GREAT deal to cover the ceremony + reception, which were in two different (nearby) locations. We are a veteran family, and I love supporting veteran businesses. Secondly, David was so friendly and approachable. My husband liked him as well and commented on his professionalism and friendly conversation. Last but not least, he has top notch communication which was what we really needed. I highly recommend him for your next event! David, thank you for everything! You really made it possible to capture our daughter's beautiful day on video and I only wish we had found you sooner for our other daughter's wedding. P.s. photographer captured you having a good time as well LOL!

He was threaten us that he won't give us whatever pictures he was able to retrieve from the "damaged memory card" if we leave any bad reviews/comments about him. He was acting so nice before we hired him and we fell for it but everything changed afterwards. He deserves-0 for review, not even 1....

We decided to forgo the engagement photoshoot and instead did a bridal shoot a week later in our dresses and it was so beautiful as well. She captured our love, our family, and the day we worked so hard for in a way we will always cherish. It is also worth noting that Suzy is LGBT+ inclusive, plus-size friendly, and the best hype woman you could ever ask for. You won't find a better wedding photographer out there!

However, due to how incredibly amazing she was for our engagement photos, I actually DID end up hiring her for our wedding and flew her out to Oregon so she could capture it. Suzy and her assistant were a class act - I got compliment after compliment from wedding guests saying that they were professional, warm, friendly, and were "on top of it". And on top of all of that, I got the photographs of my dream. Suzy made our wedding look like something from a fairytale book or an old dreamy hollywood film. If you're on the fence about hiring Suzy at all, this is your sign - you will never ever regret working with her.

Beautiful venue, but the communication is unacceptable…read more I first started communicating with Nardini Manor back in June. After not receiving responses, I had to follow up on June 16 just to get an answer. I toured the venue on June 19 and came back for a second tour on July 23 because we were seriously considering booking our wedding there. After the second tour, I followed up on July 28 to let them know we wanted to move forward with booking. Since then, I've heard absolutely nothing, despite multiple follow-up emails. It should not take weeks to receive a response from a wedding venue, especially when a couple is ready to sign a contract and pay a deposit. Communication is one of the most important parts of planning a wedding, and this experience was incredibly frustrating. If communication is this poor before booking, it doesn't inspire confidence in what the rest of the planning process would be like. The venue itself is beautiful, but based on my experience, I would not book here and cannot recommend it to other couples. There are plenty of venues that value their clients and communicate in a timely manner.

From the moment we stepped foot into the venue, we knew it was the perfect place to say "I do." The stunning surroundings provided the ideal backdrop for our special day, and Carly's expertise and dedication ensured everything went off without a hitch. Despite a few bumps in the road with another vendor, Carly went above and beyond to ensure that our day remained seamless and stress-free. Her calm demeanor and quick thinking kept everything on track, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy every moment. We cannot thank her enough for her professionalism and attention to detail. With a guest count of approx. 300, we were initially concerned about the logistics, but Carly handled everything with ease. From coordinating the seating arrangements and delivery of tables from an outside vendor to ensuring every detail matched our vision, she truly went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. Honestly, in addition to the venue vibe, Carly was the real reason we chose The Nardini Manor in the first place, and we are so grateful that we did. Her professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for our happiness made all the difference. We cannot recommend The Nardini Manor enough to any couple looking for the perfect place to celebrate their love. Thank you for making our wedding day everything we could have dreamed of and more. Any poor reviews listed honestly have nothing to do with the venue or the team at Nardini. The Nardini allows you as the bride and groom to bring your visions to life, so all choices are made by the bride and groom, including the ceremony location & time. The venue allows you to choose where you hold your ceremony and it's up to the bride and groom to bring shade or alert guests if they need to bring umbrellas or their shade etc. As for any scents, we never smelt manure or anything foul from the dairy farm down the road. The venue has no control over that either; with that being said, we had 300 guests who had no issues and all who gave us so many compliments on the venue. It is very private and excluded from the hustle and bustle of daily life allowing us and our guests to step into our fairy-tale just for our day. We don't have our professional photos back yet, but as soon as we get them we will add them to this review. Here are just some from our families!

We got engaged at Christmas last year and began planning a wedding in Arizona. 3 months into the…read moreyear my company decided to expand and opened a warehouse in Phoenix. From March til September we were so focused on the move of selling one home and finding another. Through the whole process of the move and transition, it seemed like everything that could go wrong did. Once we we finally settled in the new house in September, we were behind the eight ball with the wedding planning. All I can say is someone up above must have seen our pain and sent Jess to us. I swear the easiest part of the wedding was the photography. She set us up on a video call just to learn more about us, our family and what we were thinking for the ceremony. She had us set up a quick tour of the venue about 2 weeks before the ceremony to get some feel for different photo ideas and the layout. This was the first time we met her and by the time we left we knew she was going to be awesome. We were amazed at all the different options and thoughts she offered for us to consider that never would have occurred to us. The day of the ceremony, from the moment she arrived she was on a mission to make our day perfect in anyway she could. She was so organized and with her clip board and "I can reach clear up to there" stool she started pounding out pictures. I swear I think her picture taking finger has to be in traction. From the moment of us getting ready, through a "First Look", on to family portraits, into the ceremony and finishing with the reception, she maintained a focus I couldn't believe. She was nothing but a joy to work with. Out of all the different vendors we had, she was the one that everyone at the wedding and reception commented on how fantastic she was. We thought we couldn't be happier with her until she sent us the proofs. The pictures we got were just completely stunning. We felt like the Kardashians had nothing on us. I joked around with her that she was AWESOME and I was going to give her a 3 star review on Yelp. What she didn't know was I wanted to give it to her twice because she is 6 stars off the charts. We hope to see her again because we truly feel she is part of our family. So just to sum this up, if you are in search of a photographer, you have to call MaeWood!
