The girl on the phone was nice, but that she would ask me a little more specific information, but she did ask for my basic car info and my contact information. My worry was I was in a public parking lot on the UWSP campus and surrounded by plenty of cars...maybe I should have told her exactly where I was in the parking lot. Regardless she said they would be there in 10 minutes, which they were.  It was helpful that they were in a big obvious truck, so I knew it was them and waved them down.  The locksmith was very friendly and quick with his work.
