Working with these guys was a nightmare. We lived in a home that was listed with Cheryl Smith and requested a 24 hours notice for people who'd be coming to the property (which is in line with most housing/rental laws), and got that much notice maybe once. Instead we got late night notices that there would be someone there first thing in the morning.
Inspections and workmen are a part of selling a house, we understand, but these are scheduled and one would think the current residents should probably be informed of them. We were lucky to get any notice they were coming and they often showed up outside the window given to us by our agent. One morning I woke to have an inspector walking around the house and then the septic man show up while I was I in the shower, neither of which I was told were coming. Then when I called to complain that there were strangers at my house, Cheryl just talked over me and told me how her day was & told me I had nothing to complain about. We feel our time and space was never respected by this agent. read more
