Their expertise in handling funeral arrangements was evident from the moment we walked in. The presentation of my father-in-law was impeccable, reflecting their commitment to honoring his memory. The coordination with the cemetery and florist was seamless, simplifying the process for our family. The viewing and funeral services were beautifully executed, with thoughtful details such as the professionally arranged flowers, the high-quality video display, and the personalized memorial materials. We were particularly touched by their willingness to accommodate a family member who needed additional time to say goodbye. Their adherence to the cemetery's schedule also prevented unnecessary costs. We are deeply grateful for their professionalism and the respectful, high-quality service they provided. The cost was affordable (due to the insurance policy), but they had a variety of options which could assist different types of income levels. We would highly recommend JFH for your loved ones.

Unfortunately this company will not fix their work because I hurt the owners feelings. I was told he won't do anything until I apologize to him. Keep in mind, this project took 32 days. His company cut my Comcast line leaving me without internet for days, to which I had to pay Comcast myself to fix it. I was promised several time that I would sign a contract and never did. They were even a no call, no show on the first day. They didn't even use finishing nails on the siding. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place. It's not worth the headache.

You would think since this is a funeral home and they are dealing with customers who have lost loved ones, they would be helpful and understanding...but they are not. It has been over a year since my grandfather has died in May 2011 and we have not received a grave marker. The grave marker is supposed to be for both of my grandparents. When my grandpa passed away, we put my grandmother's ashes with him so they could be buried together, the way they wanted. We paid for it in full back in September of 2011, and now it s June of 2012 and we have nothing. When we call to find out when it will be done, they have no answers and are extremely unhelpful. She yelled at my aunt on the phone, so I called to speak to her calmly, Kathy was getting very hot on the phone with me as well. They said there is a company that does the grave markers for them, but they will not provide us with the company's name so we can contact them directly. I would not recommend this funeral home to anyone. We are on the verge of contacting our bank or an attorney about fraud since we ve paid for something we haven t received. No one wants to be out a few thousand dollars and not have any idea when they will receive what they paid for. This is a horrible funeral home!!!
