This year the brought a different tent because of last years problem and this year same thing happened. We lost thousands of dollars because of leaky tents. I was told tents are not permanent structures so they are not guarantied to leak. First time I've heard that. Sooo if you need a tent for shade only great people, if they are calling for rain STAY AWAY!

Their expertise in handling funeral arrangements was evident from the moment we walked in. The presentation of my father-in-law was impeccable, reflecting their commitment to honoring his memory. The coordination with the cemetery and florist was seamless, simplifying the process for our family. The viewing and funeral services were beautifully executed, with thoughtful details such as the professionally arranged flowers, the high-quality video display, and the personalized memorial materials. We were particularly touched by their willingness to accommodate a family member who needed additional time to say goodbye. Their adherence to the cemetery's schedule also prevented unnecessary costs. We are deeply grateful for their professionalism and the respectful, high-quality service they provided. The cost was affordable (due to the insurance policy), but they had a variety of options which could assist different types of income levels. We would highly recommend JFH for your loved ones.

I cannot get this sucker stuck where my garden tractor with locking differential normally would. Very comfortable platform, and it will mow that grass. I had an issue with the B&S engine on it, needed servicing, a warranty repair thing. I brought the mower to a local authorized Briggs repair center (Arlington Power Equipment), they were a joke! Held it for 10 days until they could get to it, then just did a quick looksee, nothing was repaired, they just totally left me hanging! So I contacted Bradley directly, they sent out their guy to come up here to pick up the mower. He haul it down to Bradley IL to their service center, they got it fixed and delivered back to me within a week. I'm quite happy with the mower and happy with the follow-up service.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience so others can…read moremake an informed decision -- especially given that Hansen's has mostly 5-star reviews. I began working with Hansen's shortly after the company came under new ownership in April 2025, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disastrous. What should have been an exciting, high-end drapery project quickly turned into months of repeated errors, mismanagement, and ultimately, broken trust. Here are just a few of the issues I encountered: * Repeated mistakes in estimates: Incorrect ring counts, wrong finishes, wrong hardware colors, and even a nearly 3-inch measurement error that would have ruined the finished drapes. I repeatedly had to catch these mistakes myself and go directly to the manufacturer to confirm details. * Lack of accountability: Instead of taking responsibility, the designer consistently guessed at specifications, leaving me to act as project manager to prevent costly errors. * Pricing games: When ownership finally stepped in, they presented me with new "corrected" estimates -- but nearly every item had mysteriously gone up in price compared to earlier quotes. The supposed 10% "discount" they offered me was effectively wiped out by those upcharges, which felt deceptive and insulting. * Bronze Age surcharge: Despite written documentation from the manufacturer showing my finish choice was valid through early August with no surcharge, Hansen's tried to force nearly an $800 "custom finish" fee on me. Even after I provided proof of my April and July commitments, ownership refused to honor it. At the end of the day, Hansen's proved themselves to be dishonest, unethical, and more concerned with the bottom line than with integrity or customer trust. The only reason this project didn't go completely off the rails is because I was diligent enough to catch their errors -- errors that could have cost both me and Hansen's thousands of dollars. I gave Hansen's every chance to make this right. Instead, they doubled down and left me no choice but to walk away. After this experience, I cannot recommend Hansen's to anyone seeking high-end custom work. If you value honesty, accuracy, and professionalism, look elsewhere.

They did the job, and we put them in place. Since we don't use the love seat often, it was several weeks later when we realized that two of the cushions were not quite as firm as the other one. I felt bad waiting so long and felt I was making a big deal about it. They didn't see it that way. They redid all three cushions and had them ready the next day. They are perfect. They are worthy of their good reputation.
