Their expertise in handling funeral arrangements was evident from the moment we walked in. The presentation of my father-in-law was impeccable, reflecting their commitment to honoring his memory. The coordination with the cemetery and florist was seamless, simplifying the process for our family. The viewing and funeral services were beautifully executed, with thoughtful details such as the professionally arranged flowers, the high-quality video display, and the personalized memorial materials. We were particularly touched by their willingness to accommodate a family member who needed additional time to say goodbye. Their adherence to the cemetery's schedule also prevented unnecessary costs. We are deeply grateful for their professionalism and the respectful, high-quality service they provided. The cost was affordable (due to the insurance policy), but they had a variety of options which could assist different types of income levels. We would highly recommend JFH for your loved ones.

I've had a lot of experience with this type of facility and this one is absolutely the best I have ever experienced. Where else can you ask a nurse for something and get it immediately? Mom said the 14 day isolation room upon arrival was really dreary and she felt like she was in a shed. Once in a regular room, she said it was fine. The staff was always courteous when I spoke with them and mom said they were all really, really nice except for one particular aide. My mom also said the food there was really good; it tasted like homemade. And when there was an issue with the phone line in my mom's room, they walked the cordless down to her so I could speak with her. It may be an older building, but she said it was nice inside. (After her stay, she had another fall and she went to another facility only because she was afraid the 'mean' aide was still there.) Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

The email had phone numbers for the front desk, the nurses station, and his social worker. The nurse gave me her cell phone number right away and was texting with me through the first day and evening to be sure everything was set up and to reassure a worried daughter. Everyone I came into contact with at Park Place was kind, helpful and caring. The daily COVID email updates as well as follow up phone calls regarding any cases were very appreciated. All safety protocols were followed and I felt confident that Park Place was doing their best to keep all of the residents safe and healthy. Dad was well taken care of and he was always very happy on the phone and during an outside visit. His therapy went very well and I was informed about his progress weekly. Everyone, including the director, nurse and social worker were very prompt to reply to any email as well as any voicemail. Upon his discharge, I was given detailed discharge information as well as all necessary medications and prescriptions. Park Place also calls the caregiver for a few days after discharge to check on his progress at his new living arrangement. I highly recommend Park Place.
