I cancelled twice because of transplant issues and she just said she's not gonna see me any more and I can book with a different provider. Dr. Kwon on the other hand, checks every box and addresses the most minor detail. if you want a great and kind doctor, book for Dr. Kwon. if you want a doctor checking her texts during your appointment, I guess Dr. Shin will do.
