We contacted a different company who reported different issues that would be 60k to repair. We decided since neither of these crawl space experts were engineers that we needed an expert. We found Structural Support and had them do an inspection. Thoroughly done with attention, when complete we shared the estimates we had for these alleged problems. We only had minor issues and most of the estimated services were not needed at all. We have a local trusted contractor working on the matter and due diligence. Reading the reviews of the big name contractors led us to believe we had major problems. When they all identified a problem, each of the contractors suggested totally different things that were relevant, but not needed at all.
