I'm going to be completely honest here, please don't be mad to the people I still go to!! I love this place. At first not so much, just because the only artist that could understand or even put my lashes on right was only available Wednesday and was really hard to reschedule because I was not trying to schedule with someone who I wasn't happy with. To be honest it took about four times to find the right person and right way they did it. (Granted some of the people there are new and all but I wasnt about to pay buku bucks just to not like them.. again..) But the good news is that they took care of me and made me feel comfortable and weren't upset when I shared my opinion on the matter. Keep in mind I wanted very natural looking long piecey doll eye shape. So my suggestion is if you are someone has has something extremely specific in mind there are only TWO lash artists I found to not only listen to what I said and execute it flawlessly and they STAYED ON. I got their PMU lip service done. It looks like I got absolutely nothing done at all. I spent 400 all together including a tip. I would have just spent that money on injections. After the first service I seen absolutely no difference so I was excited for my 6 week fill in.. still no difference. I noticed they like to post their PMU services freshly after they're done so the clients lips are big and raw. And it looks like that's what your getting but nope! read more

i had a great time with Zoe O this afternoon! it's been a few months since i've had lashes and let's just say i've missed them more than i thought! Zoe was so easy to talk to, I had a great time in her room! i loved my lashes! Zoe walked me through the proper aftercare and answered all of my questions! the staff is always extremely friendly and make coming in for an appointment easy to manage. i definitely recommend LaLa for anyone, there is an artist for everyone. read more

I absolutely love this cute little place! They are very careful about covid procedures and disinfect each station after every customer. LT was the technician who did my lashes and she is just amazing. I opted for the Revolt the first time which was ok because it gave me the more natural look, but decided on the next appointment that Phase 2 was what I loved more. It was very full and just the volume I needed. I will highly recommend LALA Lash. Highly professional and the lady that booked my appointment was very friendly too. Very accommodating to my schedule. I will highly recommend this place if you want lashes that are professionally done without messing up the integrity of your natural lash. :) read more

Caution! Friendly employees, but terrible customer service. Second issue at LALA lash that was unsatisfactory and unresolved. This photo was taken 6 days after my appointment. I noticed one eye had way less lashes than the other. Their response was to come in and pay $60. When I turned this down they offered a 5% discount. This infill service was $97 without tip. If you can imagine the frustration with paying that amount and then having them look like this within 6 days. They never apologized or showed any empathy. This was the crash and daze. read more

My experience here was not ideal. When i left there were clumps of adhesive still stuck to my lashes that would not come off. My eyelids are also still stained from misplaced tint. Overall my lashes left looking messy and like i was wearing three day old mascara They were also passing tools back and forth between me and the client next to me. read more

The front desk ladies were super kind and my artist, Sade, was super reassuring when I was feeling nervous. She let me watch everything she was doing with a mirror and answered all my questions and my eyebrows came out beautiful and I am feeling super confident. My experience at this lash bar was unfortunate. I've been getting my lashes done for years. When I left this place I had a handful of lashes on my own lashes. Over the course of less than five days the handful of lashes had completely fallen out. There was so much glue on my lashes that my regular lash technician had to remove all of the glue before getting started with a new full set. I would highly recommend not going to get your lashes done at this location. read more

They were able to get me an appointment same day for a lash removal (got the lashes done somewhere else and they were awful!) the front desk and workers were so nice and the lash tech was so gentle. The owner had me drive 5 hours to Louisville KY with a broken leg , or messed up and using a walker from a mvc, and cancelled my appointment without telling me. She actually did it on purpose guy's because she thought ai wrote a fake review on Yelp. I absolutely did not. I just wrote the truth about how rude and disrespectful her call center had been to me. And she took all of my money on top of it all and won't refund me or call me or give me the service I paid for. She stole from me. A grown woman, a business owner stole my money and made assumptions and a mockery out of me for no reason. She was dead wrong about me. I was very respectful to all of her staff and I know they can vouch for me. Btw, this owner claimed because my Gmail account was under my daughter's name that I wrote a fake review. It was always u see her name, so when I wrote the review my daughter's name came up and not mine. But my email did which is my name. Point blank I'm ready to call the police on this woman. She is unprofessional and just downright wrong and awful person to assume things and waste my day, and I was never upset until I drive 5 hours out of my way, and steal yesss she stole a lot of money from me for absolutely NO reason at all and wouldn't give me the service I paid for. I only needed to try it once to figure out this was not the place for expert service. I went in for a brow wax and henna. The first visit resulted in orange eyebrows. I went back to have it fixed the next day and then I left with sharpie eyebrows. The only redeeming thing is that they offered to fix it since I was not happy with the original color. Although, once they were black, there was not much to be done about that either. The henna did not last very long, but that is probably because in less than 24 hours they were washing off the first color and applying something else. I can't say for certain how sharpie black henna did not even last more than a week, but oh well. Shaping was fine, but my brows are pretty dialed at this point after years of waxing and don't need much in that department. The experience has made me scared to even try anywhere else, and I've been tinting at home ever since. Its not as easy and laying down and letting someone else do it, but its not orange or black either. read more
