I cannot say enough good things about Parry Physical Therapy. I hurt my knee earlier this year and…read morebecause I apparently enjoy suffering decided to move into a townhome with stairs. Going up and down them felt like climbing Everest with a fork stuck in my knee. Enter: Maddie, the world's greatest physical therapist. I'm convinced she might actually be a magician. She took one look at me and my feeble attempt at walking, gave me that "we're gonna fix this" confidence, and suddenly I'm doing more squats and lunges than I knew the human body could legally perform in one hour. And somehow she made it fun. And shoutout to Dylan and Jesse, the MVP assistants they're hilarious, so encouraging, and make squats and lunges feel like a social event instead of punishment. Fast-forward: I can run again. I finished a whole month-long running challenge at my gym in August. This from the same person who was treating a dog walk like an extreme sport back in March. The entire staff at Parry PT is exceptional, upbeat, and genuinely cares. There's this sense of community in the clinic. If you need physical therapy, go to Parry. Seriously, don't limp around in misery like I did. You will not regret it!

Love Parry Physical Therapy! They are the best …read more Super staff , all kind and helpful but very professional. As they put you through the painful process of healing . Had PT with them 2 years ago on my 1st knee replacement and didn't hesitate to go back to rehab my other knee replacement. I'm currently working with Maddie and the PT aides , they all know what they are doing. I've been to other PT clinics and they just give you exercises and never check on you or work on you. Lauren is so helpful in booking times, making sure to accommodate you and getting your PT scheduled on your way to recovery. I always look forward to going to PT. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

He showed me exactly on a skeleton model, what was causing my pain and restrictive movement of my neck. The traction therapy and the exercises have had a positive influence on my injury. I do not recommend this clinic because of how unprofessionally my appointment was handled…read more About three weeks ago, after calling several physical therapy offices, I spoke with Cindy. I clearly explained that I needed my treatment sessions to be provided by a physical therapist, rather than receiving only an initial evaluation from a therapist and then being assigned to an assistant. This was important because treatment with assistants had not helped me in the past. The scheduler told me they could schedule me with a physical therapist, but I would have to wait two to three weeks. I agreed and confirmed more than once that I would be treated by a physical therapist. After I waited three weeks while dealing with significant pain, the Therapist called me only one hour before my appointment. They told me they could not guarantee that a physical therapist would provide my ongoing treatment. Instead, a therapist would evaluate me, and I could then be assigned to an assistant. If they could not accommodate my request, they should have told me that when I called. Changing the information one hour before the appointment wasted three weeks that I could have used to find another provider. The experience felt like a bait-and-switch, and their lack of clear communication was unprofessional. I am sharing this because I wish someone had warned me before I scheduled the appointment. Had I read a review describing this practice, I would not have spent three weeks waiting in pain.

Julie is a bit of a legend in the Sacramento postpartum world. If you ever get the chance, hear her…read morespeak about her work and the importance of taking care of our bodies postpartum. She speaks with such enthusiasm and expertise that you will want to soak up every piece of info you can. I was never an official patient of Julie's, but she provided a lot of reassurance, resources, and care to me over text and voicemail. If she'd do this for me, I imagine her actual patients are even more taken care of! I reached out to Julie while pregnant, and even though she mostly specializes in PT postpartum, she recommended some exercises to help with my hip strength. She also took the time to explain some pregnancy body changes 101 to me. Postpartum, I also reached out right in the middle of covid19. She explained her in depth cleaning practices and spacing between clients, all of which sounded very thorough. I happened to reach out relatively early in my postpartum journey, so she directed me to some of her YouTube videos for pelvic floor but also encouraged me to check in again later if I wanted to seek care. I greatly appreciated Julie's attention and help over the phone, especially knowing she can book out weeks in advance. I know other women who have greatly benefited from her in-person care, as well.
