Fast forward to a catastrophic accident and she was there to walk the extra mile with me. A couple of years later, following a broken elbow, she advised me which ER to visit and then had a back-up plan if they were too busy to see me. Each time I go in for a check-up, she knows me and as we discuss the results of my exams and blood work, she makes sure I understand the significance of any issue. While the Practice is currently associated with Baptist Health, the people in the office have been extremely helpful, courteous, and proactive. His assistants are also available after hours, by phone. They call back quickly and also explain everything. They will even adjust your treatment plan, if necessary. I do not live near the Brownsboro Norton complex, but it is well worth the drive. One of his colleagues came to see me in the hospital and was also thorough, kind, and told me everything to expect during recovery.

My son had an appointment with him, and all they did was kept billing his insurance for unnecessary monitors that he did not need, instead of doing a CT Scan, etc. Then, after MONTHS of waiting for his appointment, they cancelled it. They didn't ask how he was feeling or if he needed to see the doctor again, all they did was cancel his appointment. I DO NOT, and I repeat DO NOT recommend him! It's hard to find a GOOD Cardiologist in Louisville. People with serious issues, and they will take their time seeing you! UNPROFESSIONAL and GHETTO, in my opinion!!!

This shows a total lack of respect for patient concerns.

They make calls on Fridays when their office is closed and while I'm at work, and you can't return the call until Monday. However, they do not answer the phone Monday-Thursday either when they are open. You have to leave a voicemail using their incredibly disorganized auto attendant. There is no option to leave a message with a question or returning a call, only to leave a message about a prescription refill. The people leaving voicemails don't give an extension number so that's not an option. It tells you someone will return the call within 48 hours, but that's not true ime. I've been calling for a week to return the call about my test results and discuss the meds the doctor suggested because I've been in a miserable flare up for 15 days and have a knee swollen that doesn't want to bend rn, and no one is returning the calls or answering the phone.
