Three months ago, I left a review regarding not being reached after my stopping in, bringing in my…read morescript for PT etc. I would like to inform that I had to switch and recall the efforts that Kenner Orthopedic made to make things right with me as a potential patient of theirs. Their efforts were commendable so much so that once I finished my first round of PT, I decided to give them a chance and after 3 weeks they have completely restored my trust in their professionalism, courtesy compassion and expertise. It is a large facility but the therapist and support team are attentive and considerate. The receptionist Madelyn is so very kind and pleasant, Craig is very courteous, observant, and professional. And Henry the PT working with me, is knowledgeable, kind, hardworking and is great to work with. Stacy, Ramiro, Tiffany, and Camelia are all kind and pleasant. These are the ones who have worked with me. The facility may be very large but they truly give great care to all patients. I thought it only fair to share this good report given I shared apparently a one off occurrence. I wish Kenner Orthopedic all the best and if you are looking for a PT facility with good customer service and patient care give them a try.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and the equipment was in excellent condition. They took their time explaining the different exercises and machinery, and ramped up the level of difficulty at the appropriate intervals. If you live in the vicinity and need some rehabilitation from an injury or recent surgery, I recommend giving this place a shot.

And now I'm back again, to begin another rehab stint after replacement of my second knee. Everyone with whom I have come in contact, from (Amanda) the front desk; to my primary therapist (Dee) and several others; as well as the terrific techs (Clare, Tyrique, Jarod, AJ, Raven, Elise and Kayla.) Everyone is so personable and positive and uplifting. They are kind and attentive with me and everyone else on the therapy floor. The staff members know your name and that's so appreciated. I'm delighted by the care and attention I've received here this year. To say 'it feels like family' is such a cliche, but it does and I mean that in the best possible way! The positive environment has patients talking & cheering for each other as we work our ways back to our best selves here. I had previously been to a different PT place in Belle Chase last year and had a very negative experience, which makes me all that much more appreciative of the help and service here.

The facility is pretty amazing. Aside from physical therapy, there's a fitness section where you can be trained by trainers. There's lots of equipment available and people willing to help you. The office staff, Bailey and Marsha are very pleasant as well. I. would recommend them to anyone looking for modern and state of the art treatment and training.

Their staff are really friendly too from the moment you arrive until you leave. David and his staff were always encouraging and work well as a team. Even when they were busy, someone was still available to assist a patient who needed help. Because I was there for so long, I saw how they treated everyone with equal attention. I was very impressed by how well they worked with every age group. They worked with confidence and encouragement, whether it was a young athlete or an older patient. The hours are great, and it is easy to make or change an appointment.
