I called to inquire about the vehicle and after simply speaking with a 'sales' representative and subsequently the owner, Larry, I would NEVER purchase a vehicle or step foot on their lot. This company absolutely refuses to give any information on a vehicle over the phone. According to Larry, they are in the business of selling cars so they do not provide anything on the phone. Hmmm, shut up! Do you think I was calling a hamburger joint because I was interested in buying a car?! I called because I just wanted BASIC information to see if the vehicle fit my needs. Example, is it a manual or automatic transmission? I can't drive a manual because of physical limitations. Does the AC and heat work? Is it a clean title or salvaged? You know, simple stuff. Due to medical issues, I can't really go out and sit at a dealership for any length of time. Even more of an issue, I cannot subject my body to the elements of cold weather temps currently at 48°. So Larry, despite the fact that, according to you, you're in business to sell cars, obviously you really didn't want to sell me a car. You really wouldn't have had to try to use hard core, used dealer antics because, I love Celicas. It would have been the easiest 'sale' you ever made. Guess your business is so lucrative that you really don't need to sell a car. I don't love Celicas enough to deal with unfriendly customer service from the get-go. I have had this car for two weeks and I it was leaking I call Angie the day after when I noticed it was leaking and other things that where happening with the vehicle, and I took it to the on two different days, and they kept giving me the runaround, and they had to talk to Larry, who then tells me I have to pay $85 an hour for there noncertified mechanic to fix the problem they knew that it had. A simple 399.00 dealer fee is it besides the tag and tax. When a family owned business is around since the 1960's you know they must treat their customers right.
