Traded my lease that was coming up with…read moreonly 17,000 miles which sold in one week after it was on the lot which i knew was going to happen once they certified it. leased another Camry Antwone who was a Sales Rep I was assigned to was very helpful to get me do this deal. Once I took delivery of the car I was to go back for window tinting & he was to call the body shop across the dealership to schedule for a wet sand & buff. I show up for the window tint the following Saturday. No appointment was made they just penciled me in that day to do it. Then i try to call & text Antwone for the body shop appointment & never hear back from him. I also call the body shop myself 3 times & each time my name & cell number was taken down but no one ever responded back to me. I finally call on Sept 1st to the body shop with an angry tone. Finally get this appointment scheduled for the 21st of Sept. Mind you I took delivery of the car on August 17th. Do not work with Antwone. he promises everything but never comes through unless you do it yourself. Maybe I should take some of his commission for doing his job thoroughly.

All vehicles were given inspections to address any mechanical issues. Sales people are friendly and quick to assist with no long waits. Vehicles are currently in such high demand that the lot doesn't have many colors to choose from but the pre-owned selection has Nissan, Kia, Toyota and others to choose from. The service department is ALWAYS busy doing scheduled maintenance, be prepared to wait even with an appointment. However, the service is thorough and they are transparent about their prices. Big shout out to Taylor! She got us into our new to us vehicle quickly and was very knowledgeable about warranties and what lenders are willing to finance on used cars regarding year and mileage.

I had to call about part arriving. went in for service at noon on Tues. my service advisor had left for day. so they took me in. I could see service area to watch them. an hour and a half I finally got hold of service advisor who told me the part ordered was not right. they had correct part there(I could of gotten it fixed on sat). then they continued to work on getting the part attached- another hour later(after walking around/ gladhanding other tech/ etc. they finally told me another part was also broken. I could not stay in town any longer because had to get home (3 hrs away) for doctor visit. I was not informed on all that was going on in a timely manner. Over Thanksgiving, I brought my 2021 VW Atlas in for repeated stalling and a Start/Stop system error -- a serious safety issue that included the vehicle shutting off while driving with my wife and our two week old newborn in the car. The dealership diagnosed a failed EVAP carbon canister, which is covered under Volkswagen's extended warranty. At the same time, they documented "heavy deformation" of the fuel tank and confirmed it required replacement. Despite this, I was required to pay out of pocket for the fuel tank replacement. Fuel tank collapse is widely recognized as a consequential failure of a faulty carbon canister due to excessive vacuum in the EVAP system. Instead of honoring coverage, the dealership presented a "discount," but I was still charged over $1,200 for a repair directly tied to a covered component. My advice: - Get everything in writing - Question any "discount" offered on warranty-related repairs - Don't assume a repair tied to a covered defect will automatically be treated as consequential damage - Escalate the matter to Volkswagen Customer Care This experience has been extremely disappointing given the safety implications involved.
