But the food - oh, the food! - the food makes up for this small oversight in restaurant decorating and furnishing. As do many Sydneysiders, I adore Thai and am well versed in it. And of the many suburban Thai's I have partaken in, Singha Thai Restaurant is pretty excellent. The menu offers a feast of Thai favourites - spring rolls, Pad Thai, Pad See Ew and Thai Beef Salad are all done well here. The food always comes out quickly and with a smile, and taste amazing. It also tastes fresh - none of the slightly gluggy taste that so many Thai restaurants fall victim to.
