What terrible customer service for a long time customer. All of these year I have been renting…read moreeither a RV storage or unit and now the new owner will not honor my contract , locks me out of my unit and is charging me $157. My contract says I need to give 1 business day notice to leave my unit. New owner says 15 days or pay $100 and then denies my access two days before the end of the month. He is now harassing me by text and phone. Worst customer service ever. Buyer Beware. Uhaul says they are not affiliated with them so they won't help me.
