They have a little drive-through with a number of storage containers. You drive up, pop the trunk (literally. That's not a dance move), and they grab everything and you drive away. Seriously. I can't state enough how easy this was. I almost wanted to go home, get ALL of my electronics (including the ones in top working order) and bring them to be recycled. Now, you'll want to exit the way you came, and not drive aimlessly and hopelessly lost through the depths of Currie Barracks. Just a tip.

Sept 13 2015 DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS. They seem like they…read moreknow what they are doing but they are faking it! I paid Ground Up Bobcat & Landscaping to do my back yard in April 2015. They charged me over $6500 to install sod and trees in my backyard in Vanier Woods East. They did not dig the holes large enough for the trees (everyone knows the hole should be larger and deeper than the root ball to give the roots a chance to spread out) They hand dug the holes and basically had to shove the root balls in and stamp them down to make them fit. At least 5 of the 9 trees I had them plant are dead. Maybe it's how they planted them, maybe they weren't good trees... I've tried to contact Aaron Hicks twice and he will not get back to me. The Greenhouse told me there is no guarantee on trees that are purchased wholesale so I can't get them replaced or get credit. The value of the trees that are dead/dying is $1475 before tax. That doesn't include the labor they charged. Aaron Hicks and his company took my money and are now ignoring me. Don't make the same mistake.

Everything is hanging in the balance, & I've got schedules to keep. Today, he was a no show, and each time his phone went straight to voice mail. The guy who was there named "roberto" told me that they gonna update a software "without erasing anything from" After a 3hours I showed to get my phone, and I was shocked because Everything was deleted from it : my family pictures and videos, my work documents, my contacts...literally everything. Then roberto, called someone else to tell me a pile of meaningless excuses of what he did.. He said that roberto doesn't know nothing about phones repairing, he's there just to talk to people, and he didn't told him nothing about saving my data before starting his shitty job, even it was montioned on their repair details sheet. Just stay away from those unprofessional guys, if there's less than 1 star, I'd give it to them.
