Tonight, I tried again to give them another chance. This time a new deli person, who told me she had been there 4 months, was extremely rude and condescending to an elderly gentleman who asked for ranch dressing for his jojo's. She told him no, and pointed to a sign that said it was only given with chicken. She said very sarcastically 'change is hard for some people, as he walked away.
