I'm surprised it's taken me this long to discover this place as I used to take my kids to the attached car wash occasionally to wash the car ourselves as a hot day activity. I took C here after SM looked up laundromats in Coventry. He had 40 lbs. of clothing to wash. He wanted to do it himself but I had reservations. I've done large washes before and I know that taking it to a laundromat isn't always the fastest way to do a large batch. We were stuck for time though. Immediately walking into the door I heard something I have never heard in a laundromat before: "Do you need help with that?" The lady pointed C and I to a room through a small maze of hallways that had a $6.00 machine. Close by was an $8.00 machine and that looked like it would take all of C's clothing except a blanket which he placed in a smaller commercial washer. We plugged in the quarters, turned them on and left for lunch. She had told us it would take about an hour. An hour (and maybe 15 minutes,) later we returned in time to unload the machines and place the laundry in dryers. Next to the $8.00 dryer was this mutant antique of a dryer that was HUGE! Against my best advice C placed all of his clothing besides the blanket of course within it's barrel. I had thoughts of coming back to parcel out clothing to smaller dryers and wasted quarters. Of course the blanket went into another dryer. I noted the old-fashioned centrifuges where for a $1.00 you can spin out extra water from your load. I had seen a woman loading one when we had come in with the dirty clothes. I wanted to use one but C was a force of nature and we left for Newbury Comics. We came back in about an hour after leaving the clothes to dry for 45 minutes. They were neatly piled over one of the rolling baskets you find in laundromats. Someone wanted to use the behemoth dryer in our absence. No big deal. We folded the clothes, packed them up in his duffle bag and left. This place is awesome. Before we left I peeked into some of the other rooms. One room looked like an entertainment room with a pool table, video games and a claw crane game. There's a television in there as well as some seating. I saw at least two ancient steaming tables that customers could use as well as two more centrifuges. There are tons of dryers and washers in this place and they have free coffee for customers. All the machines (as far as I know,) use quarters so they also have change machines. There are many folding tables interspersed around the rooms. The room with the huge dryer had a table with chairs where 2 girls were eating their lunches at. This place is very relaxed. They provide tables and chairs and at least a dozen televisions to pass the time. I have never seen that before in any laundromat. I was washing all of the linens from our camper because we are closing it for the winter. They had a 100 pound washer for $12 that accommodated most of the blankets that I had. I have never seen a washer that large. They also had other size washers. The dryers came in different sizes as well and dried very quickly. I did not bring change with me and they do have a change machine. I took the time to make the change and put 48 quarters into the large machine to get it to run. Only after that did I take the time to look around and saw a sign where I could download the Speed Queen app on my phone, load money onto it and then simply scan the machine that I wanted to operate and the money would be taken from from the app and I just had to press the start button. This is very new to me and made the process so simple. The woman who was working was extremely friendly and helpful. The parking is very easy and it is certainly a place when I have need for a laundromat that I will return to.

Due to a broken washing machine, I brought in a very large drop-off load. I carefully sorted the items, labeled the bags, and provided clear instructions for my delicate clothing. Unfortunately, those instructions weren't followed: * Garment Damage: Delicate items appear to have been laundered and dried on standard high-heat settings. This caused noticeable shrinkage across most of my clothes, including specialized medical-grade compression garments that are now ruined and no longer usable. * Chemical Residue: Synthetic and spandex items were processed with heavy fragranced products that weren't thoroughly rinsed out. Spandex easily holds onto these chemicals, leaving a strong residue that unfortunately triggered a skin reaction on my end. * Misplaced Bags: When I picked up the original order, a significant portion was missing. A week later, after calling to check on a specific item, I was given five additional bags of clothing that had been set aside and forgotten. * Lack of Follow-Up: I reached out to discuss these issues and was told a manager would call me back, but I haven't received a follow-up. While the team on site is very kind, the lack of attention to basic fabric care ended up costing me a massive headache and around $1,000 in damaged clothing. I have an autoimmune disease that causes me to have a cough and have attacks on occasion in two events I had an attack while I was doing my laundry here. This member of staff has vocalized her feelings twice out loud in front of customers and staff regarding my coughing. Her name is Jessica Jarvis just in case anyone else has come under the same harassment as I have. I spoke to her once already regarding this. I chose not to disclose my condition to her but let her be aware that not everyone coughs simply because they have allergies and asthma but have certain conditions. She chose not to respond. But I then went in there again today and I was leaving the parking lot again heard her outside vocalizing her opinion on my cough. This is harassment and prejudice as someone who does have a condition I don't feel I should have to leave a laundromat I have used for years simply because someone once to bully me about a side effect of my condition.
