Unfortunately, our experience raised several ongoing concerns. There were multiple instances where our child was picked up extremely dirty, with dried mucus left on her face to the point it made us question how closely basic hygiene needs were being monitored throughout the day. Additionally, water cups were not being properly cleaned. On more than one occasion, we opened them at home and were met with a strong, unpleasant odor resembling spoiled milk. Another major disappointment was the lack of support with potty training. Initially, staff seemed encouraging, but once they were informed how frequently our child needed to use the restroom during the training process, the support quickly stopped. We were told they only take children every two hours--which is not how potty training works, especially in the early stages when consistency and responsiveness are critical. Because of this, we ultimately had to pause potty training altogether, which was incredibly frustrating. I also feel it's important to mention concerns regarding staff professionalism. The attire we observed--such as spaghetti strap tops, very tight clothing, and extremely short shorts--did not reflect what I would expect in a childcare setting. When caring for young children, there should be a higher standard of professionalism, both in conduct and presentation. Overall, while the initial friendliness is appreciated, consistency in care, cleanliness, and professionalism is essential--and unfortunately, that was not our experience.

Her safety has always been my number one priority, and I tell the staff all the time that I truly don't know what I would have done without them. If you are lucky enough to have your child in Ms. Rory's class, please understand how fortunate you are. As a mom, watching how she interacts with the kids tells me everything I need to know. And as someone who has worked in the social services field for over five years and is currently finishing my master's degree in counseling, I know how important it is to make people feel seen, heard, and valued. Ms. Rory does exactly that with every child. She notices the smallest details, understands each child's individual needs, and makes every child feel safe, important, and cared for. That kind of compassion and attentiveness is rare, and it isn't something you find everywhere. She truly cares, and it shows in everything she does. Also, the administration does a great job at communicating with parent, whether it be staff changes, safety notices, and simple requests. Everyone is patient with us. Every teacher we have ever had, even the ones we were uncertain about at the start, have all adored our daughter and treated her better than family. Her current teachers, Rachel, Dina, and Gigi are so attentive and kind. We truly enjoy talking to them at pick up and drop off. Most of all, I want to acknowledge that daycare is expensive and it's hard to leave your baby with others. I can say with all honesty that my wife and I utter the phrase, "worth every penny," multiple times a month. Our daughter has excelled here and gotten so many experiences and built so many relationships that we would never have had the time or resources to provide working full time.
