Actually, so far so Awesome…read more Ms. Shelby is their teacher and although she is younger she really runs that preschool room very efficiently and smoothly, and all the kids including mine love her. The overall facility is very clean and organized, with the children divided into appropriate age groups. The security system to get into the building makes me feel safe leaving my kids there. Beside a curriculum of learning, my twins have also experienced the tumble bus while there, weekly music classes, work on fine motor skill by playing games and climbing the rock wall that is in the gym- yes a Rock Wall, how cool is that for the kids. One of the best things is you get to keep up on what your child is doing throughout the day via emails you are sent, I know exactly what they are doing every time they switch activity/learning lesson. Only thing that bothers me is there is no snack time. My 3 yr. olds are there from 9-11:30am and there is no snack time. My kids are not big eaters when they wake up, but I know around 10pm they are hungry. I feel bad they cannot eat until I pick them up 11:30am. I wish I was able to provide a snack so that they could have a 10 minute break to refuel. Oh, and there is no "contract" at this place either, all you do is give 2 week notice should your situation change and you no longer want to attend.

This is when I checked the camera the next day to see what's really happening. I saw the teacher pulling my son's hand and made him stand somewhere. According to the school staff they are against timeouts but the teacher did it anyway. She also almost dragged my son to his cot at nap time. I also saw her shaking a girl and looked like scolding her. The teacher was mostly interested in the iPad they have and click only happy photos. This is a childcare and they do exactly the opposite. I would really urge the parents to keep looking at the camera when you can and maybe ask your child about the teachers. I am a stay-at-home mom and therefore had the time to look what's happening in the class. I complained to the school and they apologized and refunded the money that was paid. I should have pushed for more action but was totally traumatized and didn't want to run behind it anymore. I would never send my child here and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The girls have not had a relationship with their Nanny since when they were just infants. Knowing the environment at home is at a 'good place' is an invaluable aspect when we are away at work. My wife and I are both working through this Pandemic as our industry's are qualified as an Essential Service. I especially am away from home more as my company is a partner with FEMA to transport aid/supplies to areas of need during this Pandemic. We have used a nanny in our home for 15 years. Some have been found by a family friend, word-of-mouth, Care and Nanny Services. As with any family who utilize a Nanny there are stories. But the story for us has stopped with Lena. Comparing our experiences with what we have encountered with Lena is like night and day. Knowing first hand the service you will experience with Lena is very hard to come by. My only regret is that we did not find each other sooner, like 9 years ago. But we would not have found _________ and the girls enjoy her very much. The difference in Lena's Service from other Nanny Companies is her dedication to 'the match'. This is not a, "quick, let's fill a home with a warm body type of service". Nor should it be. Do personalities conflict sometimes, absolutely. But the choices placed in front of us was comforting to minimize this. After the match Lena remained in contact and does what she says she will do.
