We had our inspection done with Mike Tower from GreenWork, and we were very satisfied with the…read moreservice Mike provided. From start to finish, Mike went above and beyond for our family. Mike began by carefully listening to all our concerns -- from systemic roof leaks and water intrusion to workmanship issues -- and made sure he understood the full picture before starting. During the inspection, he was incredibly meticulous, documenting every defect both big and small with detailed photos and clear notes. He even helped us find out the potential root cause for some of the more difficult issues we had been having with the house i.e. the sporadic roof leaks. What stood out most was his deep expertise. With over 20 years in the trade, Mike knows construction process inside and out, and what builders should or shouldn't do as best practices. He also has specialized experience in mold remediation and plumbing issues, which gave us confidence given our past water problems. Mike is an excellent communicator and very patient. He explained how things are supposed to work, advised us on how repairs should be handled, and even warned us of pitfalls to avoid when dealing with builders or contractors. He also shared best practices we never would have thought about, helping us prevent long-term issues. On top of that, Mike was extremely respectful and friendly with the entire family -- even our pets took to him right away. After spending the better part of the day thoroughly inspecting our home, he delivered a comprehensive, well-organized report the very same evening. Thanks to his documentation, we now have a strong record of our concerns to present to the builder. Simply put, Mike sets the standard for what a home inspector should be: professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. We would hand-pick him again without hesitation for any future inspections. Highly recommended.

10/10 Inspection Experience.... Especially for a New Build…read more We hired Keith to perform a full inspection on our new build spec home, and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions we made during this process. A lot of people assume that because a home is brand new, it doesn't need a thorough inspection. Keith proved exactly why that assumption is wrong. His attention to detail was exceptional. He approached the home with a critical eye, carefully evaluating everything from structural components to mechanical systems, roofing, attic space, foundation, drainage, and more. What stood out most was how meticulous and methodical he was. He didn't rush. He explained findings clearly, answered every question patiently, and made sure we understood not just what he found, but why it mattered. As the owner, Keith takes obvious pride in his work. You can tell he genuinely cares about protecting his clients, not just checking a box. The report we received was incredibly detailed, organized, and easy to follow, complete with photos and clear explanations that we can now confidently bring to our builder for resolution. For anyone purchasing a new build spec home, do not skip the inspection, and absolutely call Keith. His professionalism, thoroughness, and integrity gave us real peace of mind going into closing. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend. Thanks!
