John made a commitment to assess our electrical needs and did so. The first week of May, I called and spoke to Sue. She advised she would follow up with dates and times. By the end of May, I had not heard back - I called Sue and was told that John is very busy and my info is on her desk. A few weeks later I called as I had time off of work. Once again, Sue reminded me my information as on her desk and she would call me back after she checks his availability. After two months of not being called, I have moved on from trying to schedule with them. There was no apology or explanation. There was no estimated wait time. There was a sterile, we are busy and will get to you when we can. I called around locally to on other small businesses that did provide that. I'm not sure where the disconnect was with JM but it was a turn off. Sadly, as I have heard wonderful things about John.

Another didn't even come to do the estimate! A highly regarded local company told me that the only solution to my basement lighting issues was more lamps, and that ceiling lights would be impossible. Carlo disagreed and said he could easily install ceiling lights in the basement and you know what? He was right, and the other guy was wrong. Yikes! Brittany, a manager of some sort has failed to respond to my email regarding an incorrectly…read moresoldered pipe. I refuse to call Carrie Anne as there only so much condescending and smug I can tolerate with issues like this. Mike, the service supervisor told me noises and videos were okay that every HVAC technician I've shown to, including his own team, all said there is no way that was acceptable. Unless they hired new technicians I would be very aware of them. Julian wired my zone valves backwards, doesn't solder properly and confidently tells you issues are fixed when they are not. Dante tells you leaks aren't a thing and shortly after they become one, installs circulators wrong and also gives up when "his head hurts" from trying to fix a problem he can't solve, to then leave with the issue still present. Justin calls every technician and breakdowns on your stairwell. Ahmed tells you a leaking gasket is not the issue and changes something else only to have the gasket be an issue and have to come back two hours later. I would strongly suggest using anyone other than Carpenter and Smith.
