I got my 26' boat back soaking wet from rain after being promised that they would not let it get wet, black paint spots all over the exterior which I had to clean, broken hydraulic engine cover brackets, and a poorly done oil change. This was to the tune of $950. After calling repeatedly and getting a very rude attitude from them, 3 weeks later I recieved a check for only $400. K & D is extremely expensive and not trust worthy. Paul, one of the owners took great care to analyze the environment and troubleshoot the challenges we were faced with. Paul and company designed and modified the lift so that adjustments for water level fluctuations and leveling were very simple to correct for. I loved the detail addressing situations that will be faced in the future, water levels, floods, draughts and leveling.
