It was running rough and they were not able to determine exactly what was wrong from their diagnostics so they guessed and after $1,500 later and another repair shop it turned out all I needed was a fuel pump. I got my 26' boat back soaking wet from rain after being promised that they would not let it get wet, black paint spots all over the exterior which I had to clean, broken hydraulic engine cover brackets, and a poorly done oil change. The second major issue from their faulty repair cost me almost $2500. BECKY stepped up and told me she would return the amount they charged me for servicing my SeaDoo to help off set my repair. This was to the tune of $950. After calling repeatedly and getting a very rude attitude from them, 3 weeks later I recieved a check for only $400. K & D is extremely expensive and not trust worthy.
