On the other hand, my last transaction with them has gone very badly so far. I bought over $300 in merchandise, and made sure to remind on the phone that my old address on file was obsolete. I gave them my current one and waited for it to come in the mail eventually. It's currently the 6th and they never sent me an email with a tracking number. I had been calling them for the past 3 days trying to get a tracking number and they NEVER returned my calls. When I finally got a tracking number it turns out they sent to the wrong address, my old one, the one I said was not good anymore, and upon asking, noone can account for its whereabouts now. They are trying to resend my order to my new address, but now they don't have anymore of some of the products I paid for and can only send whatever the next best thing. Its gonna take something special for me to forget this bad experience.
