The room also has a microwave, good-sized refrigerator, and a Keurig machine. Plenty of pillows are provided but the bed was way too firm for me. In general I found the hotel to be quiet even though a wedding group was staying here. Breakfast is so-so and it is 7 miles to the nearest Dunkin Donuts and no Starbucks in sight.

It was the only place open within miles. Cheap beers, TV and low key environment for the hard drinking and down-and-out miserable crowd. That's all you get here. You definitely feel better about yourself after you leave here. A lot of hard-luck stories are sure to be had here. I did get to meet one of the owners (I think), a retired ironworker from Pittsburgh. Bartender was polite and attentive. I didn't give it four stars primarily because the smoke was pretty invasive. After a long day of driving we most wanted a relaxing evening. We walked around outside and enjoyed the field of daisies birds chirping and the sun setting. The room was a good size and you could see the IUP campus from the windows. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I miss the free breakfast " hiltons" although I do get a credit towards the room being a diamonds member it probably isn't worth it for a continental breakfast. One thing I will say this Hotel had daily housekeeping, which was very nice to come back to clean towels and a reset bed. There is a single dose, Keurig machine with multiple K cups in case you can't get down to the main lobby for the free coffee.
