The rooms are very quiet, clean and scent free. The beds were firm but very comfortable. There's a nice pool that's well maintained and kept at a usable temperature. The staff was extremely nice and very efficient. The continental breakfast was a step above average. The dining area was clean and the selection of food was just right. I like that they had some great additions for children, and really aren't we all children at heart? There was a waffle making machine/station which my wife used with the help of the lady who was supervising, cleaning and restocking the area. They had a nice selection of breads and bagels with a toaster. There was also some biscuits and gray with sausage crumbles that you could add if you like. My favorite was the scrambled eggs with smoked kielbasa's on the side. There were little single serve peanut butter and jelly containers as well as butter. There was a refrigerator with fruit yogurt, milk, packages with two hard boiled eggs and for the children there was a fruit cup, apple sauce cup, Brekkies (a soft chocolate chip, oat and flax) cookie and last but not least Uncrustables. There was also single serve cereal containers ranging from mini-wheats to fruit loops. 24 hour coffee service was always spot on. All in all we had a very nice stay at a warm and friendly Inn.

Poor reviews on other platforms but we thought it was great. The camp sights had trees and brush for some privacy. It was quiet and very clean. The bath house was dated but cleaned every day. We paid $15 per night for a boat lift. The family that owns it was very friendly and helpful with fishing tips. We'd go back.

We loved the location and front window view of Lake Minnewaska. Though everything was a little "dated," the cabin was very clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room, though we spent most of our time outside of the cabin! Firewood readily available for purchase and lots of rental options. We rented the pontoon and had a blast. Randy and Judie (the owners) are very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an affordable cabin experience on a beautiful Minnesota lake!

We rented the smallest, 600sq foot cabin. We were almost dreading getting to our tiny little cabin the whole way here. Boy, were we pleasantly surprised by it. The resort is in a beautiful location on a wooded hill overlooking Lake Miltona. There is a large children's play are situated between the cabins and the owners' house. It has a giant wooden ship among other things that would keep kids entertained for hours. They have a free to use fish house and boat shack near the dock. The way down from the cabins to the dock is beautifully landscaped with stone and a large staircase. Halfway down there is a large common area with an outdoor fireplace, firewood, and tables & chairs. At the bottom, there is a fire pit, and many lounging chairs and a bench overlooking the water. The sand beach also has some paddle boats. The dock was the only thing I felt was kind of sketchy here. Everything was so new and nice, yet I almost fell off the dock every time I walked out on it. Super shaky. So anyways, our cabin. It was amazing. Yes it was a little samll, but it didn't feel like it. It was all beautifulyl remodeled on the inside. The living room had a couch (folding), a chair, table with chairs, and a TV on a stand. Kitchen was nice, could have had a better microwave in my opnion, but that was it. Bathroom was so much nicer than any resort I've seen. All new, nice shower, sink, only disappointment was no medicine cabinet. Bedroom was super cozy with a nice bed and dresser in it. The cabin also had a very nice deck on it with an outdoor table and chairs. The owners were super nice and helpful, they put a lot of work into this resort. It's on a beautiful lake in a beautiful location. The surrounding area couldn't be better, and the resort couldn't be better. You should seriously consider this resort if staying in the area.

The landscaping was great especially along the lake. Large terrace with a fire place so you can watch the sunset, stars by the fire. Friend'y owner. Boat, jet ski, pontoon rental available. I'd go in the off season as the rates are really expensive during the summer and I think there are better deals for what you get at other places, but I will return in the fall again. Let me say that I'm no stranger to the Holiday Inn Express...and this one is remarkable. My room was warm & inviting, very nice amenities...pool/spa, exercise room...front desk was pleasant...and breakfast in the morning was flawless. The contractor is still finishing up his work, and while the landscaping isn't in yet, the temporary asphalt parking lot is good and striped...the final asphalt course isn't layed yet. All in all, this is one dynamite hotel.

We stayed at the motel last year and the accomodations were perfect for our needs. We were able to…read morea room with a recliner. My mobility issues make it very hard for me to sleep in a bed. This year, we were told there were no such rooms, but we could get a handicapped accessible room. We gambled and lost! I don't know what accessible means to these people, but they have obviously never been dependent on a wheelchair or walker. The bathroom was extra large and a had a wide enough door. There was a bar by the toilet. That is the extent of accessibility. I couldn't open the bathroom door because there was barely room for my walker in front of the door, let alone enough room to open the door. I moved to the bed and my husband propped the door open for me so I could get in. What does a person alone do? There was no room alongside the bed in any direction for me to maneuver my walker. There were no bars in the shower except a flimsy support for the removable shower head. When I used the shower head, I was not able to put it back so that the spray wasn't shooting into the room. The was no dam to keep water in the shower either. We ended up with 1/2" water over the entire bathroom floor. As there were only two sets of towels in the room, every single towel item was used to mop it up. My shoes were soaked. After a very restless night, my husband and I left not intending to return for our second night. Because we booked the room on the Wyndham site, we were not able to cancel our reservation. We paid double for a shower and one night of tossing and turning. We did eat breakfast before heading home. This facility does a decent job of offering a wide choice of breakfast items in a clean, roomy area.

My mother booked a night at this hotel. She was double charged and the hotel manager Raj was the…read moremost rude, unprofessional manager she has ever had to deal with. I was in speaker phone with them and heard how he spoke to two older ladies. When asked why she had two charges on her debit card. He said she would get reimbursed the money the next day, then he said 3 business days. He wouldn't explain if it was hotel policy to take out a deposit. When pressed further about this issue he continued to lie. My mom went to visit her friend and when she got back to the hotel was told she could no longer stay there. They kicked her out for standing up for herself. The cops were called on Super 8 she was refunded half of her money and they still have not returned 158.00. She was two hours away from home and all other hotels were booked for waterramma. This man clearly has issues with women and treats them extremely bad. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone and especially if you are a female.
