I got a 75 minute hot stone massage. I read in her page how healing her massages were and I suffer from chronic back pain and an arm injury. A massage typically helps greatly. I explained to her about my injury, the pain, etc.. the massage consisted of her running hot stones all over my body, which was lovely and relaxing but it was just soft motions over my skin. There was no actual massage.. no fingers or hand actually rubbing my muscles, no stretching my legs or arms to loosen them up. My back actually hurt being stuck in the same position for the length of time I had laid there. If you are looking to have warm stones swiped across your body in a very relaxing environment.. this is your place! Very relaxing, very zen. If you are looking to have a massage to help with your muscles, etc.. this is not the best.
