I absolutely love this place. Dr. Craig is hands-down the best chiropractor I've ever gone to (and I've been to many!). Practically speaking, he is so much easier to get in with than other offices in town. Dana the secretary is so nice and accommodating. Very often when I'm in pain and really need an adjustment he will squeeze me into the schedule so I don't go days before I feel better. He's amazing at telling me what is wrong and exercises I can do to help. But the thing I love the most about him are the adjustments themselves. I always feel way better after I see him - pain is way down, muscles softer, I sleep better that night (he was truly a life-saver during my pregnancies!), and I just move better. Since we moved here two years ago, County Line Chiropractic has been our go-to place for adjustments. First, I'll say I love it because they do not try to rope you into 'a plan'. I don't care for high pressure places, and our school social worker and pastor budgets cannot support it. Beyond that and probably most importantly, the adjustments are amazing and effective. Dr. Lewis seems intuitive about where and with how much pressure to adjust. I experienced a trauma several years ago and have a tendency to keep my body in a braced/tensed-up type of state. After adjustments here, I feel like I can breath a little easier and some physical tension is released. A really nice bonus is the few minutes on the 'roller table' with heat and electrodes prior to adjustments. read more

I went to Dr. Craig on the recommendation from a friend when I was having super bad lower back pain. Dr. Craig was friendly and thorough. He showed me exercises to do once the inflammation was down and said that I would probably never see him again if I did the stretches. I have been coming to County Line Chiropractic for years for massages. In more recent years I have switched to getting massages from Jessica who is awesome! I'm super ticklish and she has never once made me flinch. She's always so knowledgable and will adjust her massages to meet your needs. Not to mention she is super fun! The massage prices are very reasonable when you get them monthly and they are so worth it. As a poor student, it's hard to justify spending money on a luxury, but the wellness benefits that come from various massages are so worth it for your health. I recently went to Dr. Lewis for plantar fasciitis I had developed in my left foot from running. Not only did he squeeze me into his busy schedule while I happened to be there for a massage (even though I didn't have an appointment), he still took time with me and adjusted me! There isn't much you can do for plantar fasciitis besides stay off and let it heal, but Dr. Lewis took the time to look me over, adjust me, give me suggestions for helping heal and stretches. He is awesome and super nice and of course an amazing chiropractor! I am definitely a customer for life. read more

Have to start by saying I did NOT visit in person . I called because my regular chiropractor was out of town and this is who he recommended. After speaking with them on the phone I am not sure why. I called and left a message for help and the call was never returned. I called back a couple days later and the person on the phone was very short, rude and kept cutting me off when I was trying to ask questions. This may be a good office (for services) but I'm not sure how they stay in business with such poor phone etiquette and lack of availability for an appointment. read more

I called the other day to schedule a new patient appointment. A woman answered the phone in a hurry. Customer service must have been the last thing on her mind. She was very rude. She was able to accurately convey that she could absolutely care less, and wanted to hang up the phone as soon as possible. I asked if they would be open on Friday, she replied abruptly, "The usual hours!" And I said, "oh, it is for a new patient." She responded, "oh, we don't take new patients on Fridays! We are only open a few hours." I mentioned that the new patient had fallen. Without asking any questions about the fall she very rudely said, "well, then, I would have to refer you to the emergency room!" I said, "I will just find somewhere else to go then." She responded with a simple, "okay." She was completely fine with knowing she had turned a new patient away without making sure they were helped. Anyway, I sent an email to the office right away. Hopefully the doctor is not a representation of the customer service I received over the phone when I called. I will also add that I was polite during the entire conversation. To date I have not heard back from the office. There are many other chiropractors in this town, try calling someone who can at least be polite when answering the phone. read more

Dr. Lewis has literally changed my life! He has helped me manage a chronic issue that no doctors are able to find real solutions to. I now know to go to him first for any time of pain or issue I may be having because chances are he can fix it with out having to resort to meds all the time. Don't limit your expectations of a chiropractor to just back or neck problems. He has helped me with basically any type of issue I've ever experienced. My family all sees him now and we all agree he is a total life-saver! He is extremely knowledgeable in the body and the acupuncture he does alone as changed my life. Dr. Craig is amazing. He is compassionate and really listens to what you really need. He isnt money hungry like most chiropractors out there. He catches things that I would never expect even an MD to catch such as a sinus infection I didn't know I had until I walked away from his office and my eyes just cleared up after adjustments. He told me I had a sinus infection when I didn't know I had one!!!! I am now breathing out of both of nostrils (I have had an issue with being able to breath out both of my nostrils all of my life so I thought it was normal to NOT breath out of both sides at the same time). Seriously amazing!!! He is very good with children and he has great bedside manners which lacks in a lot of doctors. He got rid of all of my neck pain on the first visit and then when I came back because I exercise a ton he fixed them all again and when I told him that I had some what of a kink in my neck he listened and fixed it again without hesitation.
