They have a big lunch menu but we were going only looking for a lightish lunch so both had ciabatta sandwiches - I had the brie & cranberry and Paul had smoked salmon. My old knives were becoming blunt and so searched for a knife that doesn't blunt easily - which is where I discovered Ceramic Knives! I did some research and decided to try them out. I couldn't be happier with the knives I brought from Rocknife - they slice through all veg and meat (though I'd be very careful using them on boned meat otherwise they might chip and wouldn't recommend using them to crush garlic either). I've had them for about a year now and they are still as sharp and as sturdy as the day I brought them. They were also a great price! I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants really sharp kitchen knives

I really believe if this shop had a little bit of a revamp and got rid of certain products it could be a great success. For starters they should focus on selling the kitchen equipment and accessories some of which I noticed were extremely good brands, and reasonably priced. Additionally the crockery selection available, though small, is very visually pleasing, and I'd be quite happy to have in my house. If you can get passed the mess, I would really recommend a visit to this store, most of the products themselves are rather good!

For the home baker and the home preserver there are all the accessories you might need, along with the various little nuts and bolts that hark back to it's roots as a hardware store. Decked out on two expansive floors, the Kitchens store is an emporium dedicated to the culinary art, whose sensual powers appears to have eluded me; but fear not, like I said, even if you hate cooking, I bet you can find something here that piques your interest, whether it's espresso machines or cake decorating paraphernalia. I think it's the largest kitchen supply store of its kind in Cardiff, so if they don't have it, I'd say your best bet is to take your hunt online.

We needed our bathroom to be totally remodled, saw their ad in a local newspaper and went into the…read moreshowroom to check them out. the sales staff are very helpful and we got good ideas of what we wanted thanks to their extensive showroom. A man come out to measure our room to see if what we wanted work work for the space and were sent a quote shortly afterwards. The work took 10 days. They completely stripped out the old bathroom, took away all debris on a regular basis, rewired the electricals, resited the pipes, installed a walk-in shower, tiles, sink, toilet, heated towel rail, cabinets and fan. They even supplied us with new flooring. Everything was done to the highest standards. The only thing they didn't do was paint! Our new bathroom is a joy to use and the envy of our friends and family. I would recommend them to anyone who wishes to improve the bathroom/s in their home. The installers are all highly professional, have been working together for years and know their stuff (you will not end up with poor workmanship and delays like some other companies).
