I placed an order with Bed Linen Direct for one Coolmax pillow & 2 Coolmax pillow cases, the order total was £79.20 with delivery within 3 working days. After 7 days, my order hadn't arrived, so I contacted Bed Linen Direct. They replied, "Thank you for your email. The items you chose are Made To Order and therefore take a little longer. Normally, around 7 to 10 days. Have a great day" Why state that it takes 3 working days?. Bed Linen Direct are deliberately misleading customers, customers who have trusted Bed Linen Direct with their custom. Having also ordered Coolmax products before, I have never had to wait for them "to be made to order"; it's more likely that Bed Linen Direct did not have the advertised "in stock" items in stock, which again is deliberately misleading. The ordered items were for a caravan holiday in Spain, as we are travelling tomorrow, I have had to go out shopping to buy more Coolmax bedding, as I can't risk the ordered items not arriving in time. I can assure Bed Linen Direct that in future I will be taking my custom elsewhere. Dreadful service. read more

I spent £100 on a mattress cover from this company. I washed it before I put on the bed, following the washing instruction on the label. I washed at 30 degrees on a 38 minute cycle and dried on a 'store dry' cycle in a 10kg capacity condensing tumble drier which has a moisture sensor so things do not get too hot or over-dried. However, the cover shrank and went a bit lumpy. I sent it back, but the company refused to refund my money and blamed me for washing it incorrectly (which is definitely not the case). I do not think the item was fit for purpose or washable as labelled. I would advice everyone not to buy anything from this company! read more

I recently fell in love with a duvet set in Debenhams which was the Sheridan Sarai but it was just too expensive, I then found it on Bedlinen Direct for a lot cheaper! I was unsure as I had never used them before and could find no reviews but decided to order one set and hope for the best! And I'm so pleased I did! The product is definitely genuine and is great! Delivery was really quick and was kept up to date the whole time! And best still I saved a lot of money! Would definitely recommend this and will be going back on there to order more!
