They offered free beers for people who attended a spring training game, we had to get a manager approval and he was less than pleased to approve it. There was a 4 Rivers BBQ in the hallway between exhibit halls and a little bar set-up. Could have used more choices. If an event is being held at the RP, don't worry about this venue, it's very nice.

All kidding aside, the venue is comfortable, intimate and was a fine place to enjoy some Ring of Honor Wrestling. However, it doesn't appear to have been renovated in several decades and the concession lines were very slow. Lakeland center is a bit like a good dollar store knife, it isn't going to impress anyone but it gets the job done.
