Per Wisconsin law there is nothing stating in the statutes for pedestrians or private property of the like that prohibits pedestrians from walking through a parking lot. Also at the time there was a Fontana Police Officer that was sitting not 50 yards from us in plain sight. Please next time you decide to try to "flex" whatever privilege you think you have and think twice from insulting a 1 year old and her father. This has significantly changed my thoughts of this place and thank you for being the voice and representative of this community and single handedly ruining it.
